Not come across anything like this before. This appears to be .co.uk site but is actually German -

Only noticed this when my £4.34 rear wiper blade Paypal receipt came through at £16.23. Immediately mailed to cancel - this was ignored until the part was despatched then got a reply that said I could return the part if I wanted to but of course it was too late incurring further cost to return it to Germany.
It doesn't make sense to me - If a buyer in the UK needed a specific part from Germany fine but why pretend to be a UK seller when you are not? - when you are only going to get annoyed customers and bad reviews - crazy.
Best part - the wiper didn't fit even though it was specified for the car - I had to remove the blade, fit it into the original and chuck the rest of the new wiper in the bin.
Bad experience.

Just very mis-leading when it comes to postage, but then got email to say with uk parcelforce, received in very good packaging. Bank holidays might have slowed up receiving quicker.

Overall good service

They advertise they sell the correct parts for your car, but when they arrive won't fit your vehicle.
When you try to return, they make take pictures to send to them. Then they asked for more pictures and go on and on...
This is a Scam of a business, based in Germany.
Beware and don't use this company

Made an order online was no problem…
Made an order online was no problem with taking my money and speaking to me whilst the order was placed and sent out, as soon as my order came 2 parts were missing out of the 4 i ordered, got intouch was told would be replied to within the next day and this was 5 days ago and still waiting with no reply no nothing, do not spend your money on this site they are scammers and not even based in the UK if you look.
So after being intouch with them they tried to say it was only 1 item when i proved it was 4 items not 1 then i was asked to send photos of my order to prove it was wrong and i was missing 2 of the 4 parts, then they agreed it was wrong, having done so now my only option is to send the items back for them to be 'examined' and i will be given a refund or new parts? No option for me to get the other 2 items which were missing from my order lol? Complete shambles.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
