Exceptional customer service

All sorted at the time I wanted.
I needed a service and MOT just in time for my leased car to return. For convenience, I also needed to use a particular garage near to me — but which did not feature as an available option. Drew sorted it all for me. All good.

I received excellent service from James throughout the process. He was extremely thorough, kept me updated at every stage and always called back when he said he would. His communication was outstanding and he handled everything professionally, including arranging the work and payment with the garage to my satisfaction. Beware of being billed twice
Beware of being billed twice. Once by these people and once by the lease company. Was not warned I would be hit with a charge.
Customer service is not great either. They are also particular what maintenance they cover, and it’s a nuisance waiting for them to action the work. Not great!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience; however, we would like to clarify a few points for the benefit of anyone reading this review.
The mileage charge referred to was not a duplicate charge. The vehicle had exceeded the mileage allowance agreed under the customer’s maintenance contract with us, and the excess mileage charge is clearly explained on the front of the signed contract.
Any separate charges applied by the customer’s lease company are outside of our control and relate to a separate agreement between the customer and their lease provider. As the vehicle’s maintenance provider, we cannot be held responsible for charges arising from that separate lease agreement.
The payment for the excess mileage charge was originally due to be collected by Direct Debit. However, the Direct Debit was cancelled before we were able to collect the payment. We subsequently contacted the customer and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered the option of repaying the outstanding amount by instalments rather than requiring the full amount immediately.
We’re also sorry that the customer felt our maintenance service was not meeting expectations. Our maintenance agreements do have specific terms regarding what is and isn't covered, and we always aim to communicate these as clearly as possible and action authorised work promptly.
We appreciate all feedback and will continue to review how we communicate our contractual terms and the process for arranging maintenance to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of the service they have purchased.
