We had our car shipped from VA to CA and the process was very easy. Got a quote and pickup date within a few days and everything was done via text/email, which I prefer. Car actually arrived a few days earlier than estimated which was even better! Highly recommend!

I arranged to have my new car picked…
I arranged to have my new car picked up; I bought it out of state. At the last minute while prepping it the windshield broke when they were bringing it from back lot along with hood damage. So, I had to cancel scheduled pickup. Weeks later we started again and within days I had the vehicle here. Great communications, the driver was excellent and did a wonderful job. Truley polite courteous and helpful staff.

A Full Review
Initial Communication with the company was prompt and the customer service was superior. The quote I received from the PNW to Arizona was very reasonable and less then other companies. The process was simple . It was all on line and it only took me less then 5 minutes to complete.
The driver aka " The Transporter" communicated frequently to arrange the pick up time and location( large and less crowded parking lots preferred). He arrived at a reasonable time , picked up the vehicle, signed a few docs , and he was gone. He was always updating us with his approximate arrival times during the route and was always available to reach via phone. The delivery day and time was perfect and the drop off was quick and easy. I would definitely use them against in the future. No safety and security issues that raised any concerns.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Car was picked up on a Tuesday and said it would be delivered one day later. We received it 6 days later, after lapses of communication and promises of it being there "later that day" numerous times. Uber rides added up during the time where we had no idea when our car was, and if it had been communicated that the car would be 5 days late, we would have rented a car. I would think the company would have made it right, but we received nothing except a car with a damaged hubcap in return.

Everyone involved was great. The guy that took the order was professional and friendly. There was follow up phone calls to confirm the order. Communication is the key to success in business. This company has it down path. The driver kept me informed of pickup and delivery times. It was pouring rain the day of delivery, these guys got the job done. I will definitely use them om my next transport.

AutoStar Transport Express did an excellent job booking transport of my Mercedes from Florida to Phoenix, Arizona. The booking was on time and the company they hired was excellent. I sent my car by enclosed transport and the truck that picked it up was truly amazing. The car was picked up on Sunday morning and was delivered on Wednesday afternoon in perfect condition. I would Definitely recommend AutoStar transport for anyone looking to safely ship their car at a very reasonable price. They are the best.

The whole process was extremely easy
The whole process was extremely easy. After making contact with AutoStar and completing the basic information the quote was immediate and the client support team arranged the transportation within 72 hours. Pick up and delivery went with out any issues. My only observation is that pick up and delivery times are estimates only so be prepared to work with your driver who will be in contact with you.

Excellent communication and service

Mini Cooper Clubman Spokane WA…
Alan contacted me on 4/15/25 concerning my Mini to be be picked up in WA Spokane. Alan was looking for a driver and found one on the 4/24. Min was supposed to arrive on Sunday 4/27
Toni driver called on on Friday 25. He was in Fresno. Toni the driver told me Saturday. One day earlier. I met him at 800 AM at the address. Very satisfied. First Class service with very competitive price. I do recommend AutoStarTransport

To Whom It May Concern, my name is Mark Smith. I am writing this review to strongly recommend to not use AutoStar for your vehicle hauling needs. First, I want to say the company’s transport coordinator, Sofia, was very nice to deal with; however, this company is deceitful in how it does business.
If you are like me, you call around to different vehicle haulers to see what the price would be, and if they can accommodate your timeframe. I did this and was quoted prices of around $1,500 by many companies. I called Autostar, and they told me the cost would be $1,245. In comparison, I thought this was a great price, and Sofia appeared truthful when she said this price was firm. We were sent a contract, which we signed. The contract indicated the total price would be $1,245.
The hard date of transport of our car across the country was coming up. Therefore, I contacted AutoStar/Sofia to confirm that our car would be ready to go on the agreed-upon transport date. For work purposes, I had to have the car on this agreed delivery date.
I was told by AutoStar they were having difficulty finding an available hauler. I had contacted AutoStar months before the transport date, so there was ample time to schedule a hard delivery date for my vehicle. I again stated I HAD to have my car by the agreed upon date due to my job. A week before the needed transport date, AutoStar/Sofia called me and said she had a hauler available. However, my cost would be $1,745; $500 more than the agreed upon contracted price. They told me the contract stated the price could change at any time. They also told me I could use another company if I wanted. I literally had no choice but to use AutoStar because I could never find a hauler on such short notice.
So, for anyone interested in using AutoStar, I recommend not doing it. They will tell you whatever price you need to hear to get your business, fully knowing that they will change the price right before your needed transport date.
Again, based on general honest business practice, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use Autostar for your hauling needs.

We would like to apologize for the change in price over the two month period from the time of booking to the time of assigning a driver to transport the customer's vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not control the supply and demand within the market. Prior to assigning a carrier to transport the vehicle, it was explained to the customer what the current market rate was and that, if they wanted, we could either move forward with the updated rate or issue a full refund to the customer. The customer agreed to the new market rate and requested us to get the vehicle transported. We once again apologize and wish the customer well.
