Excellent service from both the office and John, the engineer. John worked out very quickly what the problem was with my washer. Immediately had the necessary part, replaced it, checked the machine was working correctly and returned the washer to its original position . He checked with me if I was satisfied and cleaned the area up. The cost was satisfactory and I am about to get a load into the machine! Many thanks Autowash and John for your excellent service!

Fantastic service throughout from Barry. Explained the diagnosis process, conducted it and resolved the issue with a replacement part already on the van. Was visited by steve today who fixed my washing machine.I was so relieved to get it done,he already had the part and fixed it there and then.
Autowash provided a fantastic response to my repair I booked it on line on the Sunday and three days later it's all done,they kept me informed about the visit and I even got a phone call confirming everything which was outstanding cos sometimes you can wait a couple of weeks for an engineer.Brilliant service all round thanks Autowash.

Excellent service from Autowash, kept informed about engineer visit times. Barry was very knowledgable and fixed the alignment on our oven door quickly and explained how we can fix it in the future.

Communication by this company is excellent, from confirmation of booking, text day prior to engineers visit, text on day also with a link to check as to when you can expect the engineers visit and finally text informing you of engineer on his way and name of engineer. Very efficient.
