I know these people. They are worse then snakes. This biz is actually a strategy from jafar and his father in law rafik shaikh to make easy money by fooling customers.They even claim to be specialists in USA B1- B2 visa. Most of the positive comments have come from his friends and family members wh have a share in that biz. These people hail from Dharavi slums and one can make out the kind of honesty that these people have to offer.Mr. Rafik shaikh who is Mr. Jafar's father in law is a notorius person who threatens everyone in yari road under the guise of knowing a few police officers from the area. Better stay away from this agency. There are genuine and honest tours and travels agency in versova for eg; Destination tours and Nick and Ami tours and travels.

What fraud this company is . First they give you cheap price and when you put all the info including your credit card to pay they switch the price on right after you submit and ask you to accept the new price that almost double the amount

Run away from this company.
I have never seen such incompetence and lays about them.
I booked a flight through them with Delta. We were 3 passengers from Jacksonville Florida to Istanbul Turkey transit in Amsterdam. Our return flight from Istanbul was cancelled due to mechanical reason and as results we got stranded in Istanbul. We were told to call Ovago to reschedule flight . After 25 international calls we made to the agency and after each call we were kept on hold for hours we decided to call Delta airlines who told us we had to pay additional $2500 for a day after flight. No one offered as assistance.
Until now I have NOT given back any restitution for my return flight, I decided to flight back with Turkish airline.
Upon arrival in Jacksonville for the following year I called OVAGO and Delta over 100 times to be told first I was given a credit for future flights but to be told again that I didn’t have any credit when I was ready for my next trip ( unbelievable )
My suggestion to anyone who might become victim, buy your tickets elsewhere. I lost 4500 US dollars

Cancelled our flight. Foreigner called me at 1 in morning asking about flight if we wanted upgrades after booking. Scam.

Very bad customer service and lose a lot of money. Don't trust don't trust scam 100%

Do not let them trick like they did with me they said I will get a refund and it all bulshit I have been waiting on customer service for an hour and nothing happens

Avago has REFUSED to give a refund or check for flights booked during Covid! Booking # 0oE9E19. We lost $2,300!!
Never again will we use them!!!
