Wish I had read reviews first before we decided to use this service. We left three full bottles of wine in a carrier in the hotel room. Called the hotel and they recommended we use this service. (The hotel will hear about our experience too.) We used ground service since the hotel is only about 2-1/2 hrs from our home. Tracking indicates the item was picked up and delivered to the local USPS location then it dropped off the map. Just "en route" since then. After contacting support, we were told they do not accept alcohol! Well, I'm sure that was one of those Terms that we didn't read, but they did pick it up and it did apparently get to the post office but now ileftmystuff is indicating our claim may not be approved for reimbursement. We will be following up with the local USPS location as well.
