Wish I had read reviews first before we decided to use this service. We left three full bottles of wine in a carrier in the hotel room. Called the hotel and they recommended we use this service. (The hotel will hear about our experience too.) We used ground service since the hotel is only about 2-1/2 hrs from our home. Tracking indicates the item was picked up and delivered to the local USPS location then it dropped off the map. Just "en route" since then. After contacting support, we were told they do not accept alcohol! Well, I'm sure that was one of those Terms that we didn't read, but they did pick it up and it did apparently get to the post office but now ileftmystuff is indicating our claim may not be approved for reimbursement. We will be following up with the local USPS location as well.

Terrible experience with ileftmystuff…

Terrible experience with ileftmystuff RUINED an otherwise pleasant stay at the Rowan Palm Springs. I get why this model is interesting for a hotel, but for the room rate we paid some actual service is expected. No response from ileftmystuff. No update from UPS. Fee for shipping return was outrageous.

This is a terrible business model

This is a terrible business model. Exorbitant shipping costs and no control of your items being shipped. I stayed at The Inelle Oakhurst, left an item. Was extorted for shipping. The property ended up losing my item. And it took weeks to get a refund.

I left my stuff behind in Destin…

I left my stuff behind in Destin Florida at the SunDestin Resort. The Front Desk facilitated its return through this web site. Once I approved payment for the type of shipping, the Front Desk placed the label on the box containing my stuff and UPS picked it up and shipped it to me in good condition.

I was told by the time share I use that…

I was told by the time share I use that I would have to use this company. Left my keys and this company charged me $65 to send back. They use the least efficient way to ship (UPS ground). Was told I would have them in a week. Then 11 days. Still waiting. Worse customer service.

Way overpriced!
My daughter left her earbuds at a hotel in California. They're not high-end earbuds, but she was awarded them through a school fundraiser, so they're of some sentimental value. Called the hotel and they directed us to this website. The response was fast, they did have the earbuds. Yay!
Just click on the link to pay for shipping. Imagine my shock when I saw that it would cost over $50 for UPS ground (and that was the cheapest option)! I thought I'd done something wrong, so did it again, same cost. Contact support at the website thinking surely this can't be right. Got a reply, yup that's the cost. But they did offer to give me 20% off--as credit to my account once I'd paid the whole price.
I checked with UPS, and it would cost less than $15 to ship 1 lb!
Look, I get there are overhead costs involved, but given that they have an exclusive agreement with UPS, they're likely not paying the public rate. Even if they were, that's nearly a 250% markup!
Insane.

USELESS “Service Provider” company.

USELESS “Service Provider” company.
THE “ILEFTMYSTUFF” service is the most inefficient, frustrating company
to deal with. I made multiple attempts to communicate with them without success. I could never reach I human to speak with and all email communication received have been auto responses. North Beach Resort Myrtle Beach (Marriott property) and other hotel/resort properties doing business with this company are just passing the responsibility onto someone else without any concern for their guest that need real help when they have left an item behind.
Shame on you ILEFTMYSTUFF AND North Beach Resort!
