At the moment, our platform is designed to require applications to be completed before the landlord can view them. It's set up this way to prioritize consistency, fairness, and accuracy for both landlords and renters.

We’re thrilled you found it easy to list with Avail for free, got exposure across multiple sites, and received qualified applicants — that’s exactly what we aim for!

Just to clarify, there isn’t a limit on the total number of listing photos; however, you can only add up to 20 at a time! Your tip about rearranging photos on a desktop is a great insight for many users.
