Policy not as requested
Booked insurance at a good price. However when I read the policy it did not match what was asked. I was told to phone them again the next day and that the changes might mean an extra charge. No thanks cancelled. It seems they have again missed the point. I didn"t ask for the policy to be changed they gave me a policy different to that requested.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with us. Anything that is added to your quote after the initial price given can alter your premium. For example, if you call back and add another condition onto your declaration, or change the destination, this will need to be covered therefore it is likely for your premium to increase.
