Renewing my policy was very straightforward and I didn't hsve to wait to get through to someone. However, the lady I spoke to rushed through all the details so quickly it was not always easy to understand her. She was not a native speaker, which is fine, but I had to ask her to repeat or speak more slowly several times. She was very professional but her manner was somewhat brusque. For this reason I cannot give 5 stars.

Everything went perfectly, it was all explained very clearly and the price was excellent. The website was also very easy to use.

Getting older means more things wrong with you, the quote I had was not too bad and had a good cover.
Hopefully if we have to make a claim then it will be as easy as applying.

Good price but somewhat restricted benefits. But adequate for my needs, especially considering that I have a couple of medical declarations.
