We had a great time on our stay at Shady Daze. House was well appointed with everything we could need. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Responses from hosts were fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough: Best Beach Rental Experience We’ve Had
Five stars, no question. We rented through Avant Stay for a week at Isle of Palms and it genuinely exceeded every expectation.
The house itself was stunning — thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and fully stocked with everything you could need. We're talking a multi-generational group spanning grandparents to toddlers, and the space worked seamlessly for everyone. The little ones had room to run, the adults had room to breathe, and nobody was tripping over each other. That's a rare thing to pull off with a big group.
The resort community amenities were a huge bonus — we took full advantage and it added so much to the overall experience. It felt like a true vacation, not just a rental house.
What really sets Avant Stay apart, though, is the responsiveness. Any time we had a question or needed something, the team was on it fast. No chasing anyone down, no waiting around — just easy, seamless communication the whole week.
Isle of Palms already has so much going for it, but having a home base this comfortable and well-run made the trip that much better. We've already started talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend Avant Stay — worth every penny.

I just had my reservations canceled by…
I just had my reservations canceled by avant/stay for a trip 12/28-12/31 in Key West. I paid my deposit and had confirmation for my reservations. I even changed my dates for the stay and they did that, no problem. After this, we booked 2 airline tickets into Key West. Today, I received an email and text they were canceling my reservations because of their system error. The cottage was only to be reserved 28 days instead of daily. They had more than enough time to catch this before accepting my deposit and taking my deposit. I asked questions, told them I may need to change dates since we were working with airline schedules. I feel violated and taken. I’ve booked with VRBO for a very, very long time and this has never happened before. I blame Avant/stay. They are doing nothing to help me.

Very good experience booking my stay…
Very good experience booking my stay with this Avant managed property. This was a work trip, my company uses a third party for us to find lodging, most of the time my choices are a chain hotel, every now and then I have options outside of the chains, like a property managed by a company, and this was, so think, the first time I’ve stayed at an Avant managed property.
In my experience, as far as booking with a managed property, the process (checking in, getting into the property, accessing other amenities at the property, etc) is often complicated and a lot of instructions and steps involved. Avant- kept it simple with minimal instructions, the condo was small, which was known/expected, but was all I needed and the condo property was in a great location and had a great pool and other nice outdoor amenities. And a short walk to the beautiful beaches in 30A.

Cooper Family vacation 2026
Our large family’s vacation at Santa Rosa Beach 30A was wonderful. The house was beautifully and comfortably decorated. We had all the amenities, from the inside (large well stocked kitchen including an ice maker, washer/drier, beach towels, games) to the outside (golf cart, pool, grill, beach equipment, bicycles, etc…). Our host team were attentive and quick to answer any and all questions.

If your looking for a quiet , Convenient,Clean & comfortable almost like a Home an Away from Home feeling. This is a great place to stay. The nice balcony overlooking the channel. Having a washer & dryer while you’re at the Beach is a must. Comfy beds, even the sofa’s were comfortable.

This property rental was really great

Madison great getaway
The Madison was very clean n nice. Having a private pool was a plus. The beds were comfortable. N there is a boardwalk that leds to the beach close to mark #50. Would recommend and would book again.
