Ich bin erschüttert, dass die meine Kreditkarte mit 110€ zuviel belastet haben und weder auf meine Anrufe reagieren, noch auf meine E-Mails.
Habe den Wagen vollgetankt bekommen, was ich positiv fand. sauber war der Wagen auch einigermaßen. Die Scheiben waren von innen extrem verdreckt, sodass ich selber sauber machen musste. Alles kein oproblem. Nach Abgabe habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten, dass ich noch ca. 10€ Mautkosten zahlen müsste.
Allerdings haben die 110€ zuviel abgebucht.
Habe mehrere Anrufe getätigt. Jedesmal wurde gesagt ich helfe Ihnen weiter und zack.... wurde aufgelegt. Und das nach 5-10min. wartezeit.
Daraufhin 1. E-Mail: keine reaktion
auf meine 2. Email wurde reagiert: "Teilen Sie Ihre Fahrerdaten mit!" Diese habe ich weitergegeben und warte heute noch (4 Wochen danach) auf irgendeine Antwort.
Ich fühle mich von der Firma Betrogen. Bitte bucht woanders. Ich habe mir von Freunden sagen lassen, dass die Firma Ci...i in der Türkei sehr seriös ist.

Arnaque: ne louer pas avec cette agence. Elle vous prélève de l'argent au moment où elle vous prend l'empreinte CB pour la caution. Pour ma part 300 euros... et bien sûr quand on les contacte pas de réponse.

Entgegen aller negativer Bewertungen hier, muss ich mal ein paar positive Worte an dieser Autovermietung lassen.
Wir sind in der Hauptreisezeit am 15.08.2024 am Terminal 2 am Flughafen Antalya angekommen. Wir haben einem Taxifahrer gezeigt, bei welcher Mietwagenfirma wir gebucht haben und dieser hat uns für 5€ genau vor der Tür der Mietwagenfirma auf einem Parkplatz (für Mietwägen) vor Terminal 1 rausgelassen. Für uns war es also überhaupt kein Problem diese Vermietung zu finden.
Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sprachen gut Englisch. Ich habe alle Unterlagen, wie auf Booking.com beschrieben ausgedruckt mitgenommen, meine Kreditkarte und Ausweise und Führerscheine aller Fahrer.
Es erfolgte eine kurze Nachfrage, ob wir eine weitere Versicherung abschließen wollen. Das verneinte ich, mit der Auskunft, wir hätten über Booking.com eine Versicherung abgeschlossen. Damit war das Thema dann auch abgehackt. Die vielen Kommentare bezüglich dieses Themas, dass das Personal sehr aufdringlich wäre, was zu verkaufen, kann ich nicht verstehen.
Nachdem alle Daten aufgenommen wurden, bekam ich eine Mietbestätigung mit einer Telefonnummer, die 24h erreichbar ist. (Mussten wir nicht anrufen, da wir keinen Schaden hatten. Ob das wirklich so ist, kann ich also nicht beurteilen.)
Nach kurzer Wartezeit, kam unser Mietwagen vor die Tür gefahren. Wir hatten die niedrigst mögliche Mietwagenklasse gebucht, da wir nur zu zweit waren und diese für einen Kurztrip ausreichend ist. Bekommen haben wir dann einen nagelneuen (200km) Opel Mokka. In der Anzeige stand Schaltgetriebe, wir bekamen Automatikgetriebe, was wir persönlich aber sehr befürworteten. Es wurden alle Schäden am Auto (also hier nur kleinere Kratzer) sorgfältig dokumentiert und das Formular von uns unterschrieben.

Am letzten Tag haben wir das Auto dann an der selben Stelle wieder zurückgegeben. Auch das funktionierte ohne Probleme. Das Auto wurde kontrolliert und wir bestätigten mit einer Unterschrift die unversehrte Rückgabe.
Der nette Mitarbeiter fuhr uns sogar unentgeltlich mit dem Auto noch zu Terminal 2, wo wir bequem unsere Heimreise antreten konnten.
Die Kaution von 125€ wurde mir in 10-14 Tagen zurückerstattet versprochen. Heute an Tag 9 der Rückgabe habe ich sie wiedererhalten.

Alles in allem: Sehr zufrieden! Wir haben für Dezember wieder bei dieser Firma einen Mietwagen gebucht.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I booked a car from avec through a third company in which I was required to pay the rental fee on collection of the car aswell as the refundable security deposit. When collecting the car I was told that the payment for both rental and security deposit would be taken as a single payment as apposed to a pre authorisation hold, and the deposit would be refunded when returning the car. The problem with this is that because of the exchange rates, you will end up paying more for the security deposit when they take the payment and refund it. I don't understand why they don't just put a pre authorisation hold on credit cards like all other rental companies. When returning the car I was told everything was fine and that I would recieve the refund for my deposit within 7-10 days. However, on my return to the UK I checked my bank statement to see that I was overcharged in this single payment which included the rental fee and security deposit, and another payment was also taken from my card on the day that I returned the car. This second payment has left me worried because it was taken without my consent or me being present to enter my pin number like the first payment was. I would understand if this payment was taken if there was a pre authorisation hold in place, but again there was not ans therefore they have a copy of my credit card details which clearly they can charge me on as they like. When contacting the rental company via email they told me that the other charge was for an upgrade which I supposedly agreed to which was not true. I told them that i did not agree to any upgrade, nor was I given any paperwork, receipts or asked to sign anything. I was then told that they would listen to recorded audio and watch cctv to confirm if I had agreed to the upgrade or not. I told them to go ahead and to also send me a copy of the audio/cctv and within a few hours they said that they would refund me the overcharged payment. It has now been 2 weeks since rental ended, I have recieved less than I was expecting for my security deposit, no refund on the overcharged as promised, and no explanation as to why or how they managed to take a second payment. In facy, avec rentals have now stopped replying to my emails since I have asked for proof of refund and questioned them for the second payment. I have now contacted my credit card company and asked them to open a dispute into this company and to retrieve my funds. This company is not honest or trustworthy, and I would advise from my personal experience to avoid them at all costs if you don't want to lose money. There are many other car rentals companies located in dalaman airport to chose from.

Einfach nur enttäuscht!!
Musste nachdem ich bei der Autovermietung war nochmals durch die ganzen Kontrollen und an den Schalter zurück um den Papierkram zuerledigen den ich schon online über Booking.com eingegeben hatte.
Danach wurde nochmal eine Volkaskoschutz berechnet obwohl ich alles schon online bezahlt hatte.
Also echt das letzte!!! Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

WE BOOKED A MINI VAN ONE MONTH BEFORE OUR TOUR, AND PAYMENT DONE AND CONFIRMED. JUST ONE DAY BEFORE WE REACHED IN ANTALYA AIRPORT TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE, THEY INFORMED BY PHONE THAT YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELLED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT. WE EXPLAINED AND SHOW THEM THE DETAILS TO THEM THEY SAID THEY CAN'T PROVIDE THE VEHICLE WHICH NOT AVAILABLE. WE BEG THEM TO GET THE VEHICLE SINCE WE REACHED THE AIRPORT WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THAT. AT LAST WE REQUESTED THEM TO REFUND OUR CASH TO BOOK ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THE AIRPORT. THIS ALSO THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE AND SAID IT WILL BE CREDITED YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IN ONE WEEK. THEY SPOIL OUR ALL PLANS. FRIENDS, DONT FALL THEIR TRAP.

We just had a very bad experience with AVEC rent a car. I have booked a mini van people carrier and fully paid one month in advance. Just one day before our pick up date , they informed that booked mini van is not available stating that i have not made any payment. I have shared the booking details and payment summary to them, and they said, booked van is not available, and they can only offer a normal 7-seater smaller car , which could not accommodate our luggage's and our big group of 8 passengers. We have gone to their office in Antalya airport in the night and next day morning to discuss and get support. However, they were determined to say NO to us! As they confirmed they cannot arrange similar vehicle we have asked to refund our amount immediately, so that we can book with another (good) rent a car agencies. They refused our request to refund cash. As we paid through credit card, they refused to give cash and only did refund through bank transfer which took 3 days to credit. Overall they just spoiled 1 day of our tour. We had to arrange cash and run in the last minute searching for other vehicles ,and ended up paying higher prices. They do not have any humanitarian consideration and they didn't offer any support to resolve our concern which just happened because of their poor planning and in efficiency.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Avec Cars during our trip to Turkey. We had pre-booked a compact SUV, the Vauxhall Mokka, with Discover Cars. Upon arriving in Istanbul, the customer service team was incredibly efficient in verifying our documents and providing clear directions to the car pick-up point.

When we reached the parking area, the Vauxhall Mokka was ready, clean, and shining. However, noticing that we were four adults with a baby and a car seat, a very considerate employee from Avec Cars suggested we might need more space. He promptly upgraded us to a brand-new Citroen CX 4, a spacious sedan SUV.

The Citroen CX 4 was a fantastic upgrade. It had ample legroom and boot space, making our journey extremely comfortable. The car was loaded with features including hyper cooling air conditioning, dual climate control for the front and back, a sunroof, and an impressive HUD display. It truly had everything we could ask for in a rental car.

We embarked on an extensive road trip covering Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Marmaris, Izmir, and back to Istanbul. The car's performance was impeccable, providing a smooth and comfortable ride. Despite the long distances, the fuel economy was remarkable, costing us only about £220 for the entire trip.

Overall, Avec Cars exceeded our expectations with their excellent service and the quality of the vehicle provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service in Turkey.

My only comment to Avec Cars is, to be responsive to customer emails, cause you'll are amazing.

We were a bit late arriving. I had given the flight number so they should have known. On arrival our car had been cancelled. I booked a more expensive car there. No refund has been given for the cancelled car, and no reply to emails.

We used or should I say didn't use these guys booking through Discover Cars. They didn't show up at the airport to pick us up. We were waiting for over an hour. Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time!!!!!!

Niemand ist zur übergabe des Autos aufgetaucht! Ich habe die Telefonnnummer von Avec mehrfach versucht anzurufen aber vergebens! Musste nach ca. 2 Stunden warten in der Nacht mit meiner Frau und unserem 10 monatigem Baby das Warten aufgeben und für überteuertem Preis einen Taxi nehmen um 130km zu reisen.

They are a fraud. They don’t just a authorise your credit card rather take the money them pretend their are systems glitch so can’t issue any paperwork. 3 weeks later no sign of the deposit money and they don’t respond.

Please avoid AVEC at all cost if you don’t want unnecessary stress after your holiday to get your money back which is more than your rental sum.

I still want my deposit back!!!

Beware! They don't do a pre-authorisation (on-provizyon) like all other companies. They take your card details and just help themselves to it as needed (even 14 days after the rental ends). They don't bother sending any explanation either. Consider this: I paid for 10 days ahead and had to extend for one day. The extras that came out were a total of 5084.04TL despite the daily rate being 405.75TL only. The tank was returned full and there were no extra scratches whatsoever.

We collected our car today. I booked two children’s seats as we have a 6 and a 9 year old who both need them for them to be safe in the car. We are travelling around turkey. At the desk I was informed there was only one. After a lot of persistence they advised we could collect another from the international airport location 35 minutes in the opposite direction. We made sure they called ahead and that it was suitable they advised us it was. We arrive at avec at the international airport to be handed a car seat that has had all its upper padding removed so our 9 year old has had to use this!!! We challenged them and asked for another or even to borrow one from another company they refused and just got on with other cars. I’ve paid for 2 seats and my daughter is having to suffer with towels and clothing as her padding to a seat she needs to use for a few 5 plus hour car journeys

Niewieder Avec . Es wird gerade ein auto gegeben was im Hof zur Verfügung steht . Es wird ganz und garnicht berücksichtigt was Sie bestellt haben ob Diesel oder Benziner auch wenn Sie aufpreis gezahlt haben . Arbeiter unfreundlich und leere Versprechungen . Niewieder Avec . So frech wie die sind haben die mir einen Reingung des Fahrzeug in rechnung gestellt das werde ich nicht zahlen . Lass finger von Avec

Wir hatten leider nur Probleme. Ich zahle lieber viel mehr als hier nochmal zu buchen!

Unbelievable bad experience, worst in my life (I have visited 50+ countries and rented cars tens of times all over the world).
I booked via economycarrentals with partial prepayment car for 4 weeks. My tariff included 0 excess from the Avec directly (that was the reason I have chosen them). Manager was rude almost from the start and told us that there is no any insurance included at all and in case of an accident we have to pay to Avec up to the full car cost (or we can buy insurance from him). I called to economycarrentals they asked to speak with the manager but he refused telling me in English with a smile that his English is bad (total lie). Economycarrentals sent an urgent email to Istanbul Avec headquarters and got the reply that I was correct that 0 excess is included. Also they wanted to know the name of the manager (he refused, saying he is not my friend!). I asked the manager to call his boss, he refused and was telling me in rude way that he "knows his job". Finally later he called someone and after that he threw me the passports, driving license and credit card saying that he canceled my reservation. I asked one more time his name without success. So I took a photo of the office with him inside. He ran up to me, hit my arm and tried to grab my phone. We called police and moved to the street. He followed me and stood in 5cm from me continuing insulting, swearing, threatening and moving hands like his is going to hit me. At the end we had to rent a car from another company.
All this happened at 9am on the 24.04.2023, Avec reservation number: 467120.

20 years plus travelling with around 5 airport rentals each year, this is the First time in many years that an airport rental transaction went ever so smoothly.Excellent VW passat literally brand new car and one of only few times ever to actually recieve the car booked as normally always recieve something else in same category, Car loaded with fresh cold water bottles and mini perfume sprays booked car, excellent idea as this time of year on mid October still very hot and humid and tiring after getting through airport.
Booked through economycarrentals.com, despite some bad reviews decided to go ahead as they were the only one who actually seemed to have the car I was after and worst case i knew there were many other reputable rental companies outside terminal ive used before at Antalya airport.
This booking has an awesome review simply down to one thing. THE STAFF at Avec were absolutely amazing and above and beyond, the staff when checking car out, when returning the car for a change of car as my trip was extended and then finally the staff when returning the car back for drop off
AVEC senior manages or head office please understand when i say this, you should be really proud of the staff and people you have working for as big companies sometimes forget the litte front office staff who are actually dealing with your day to day customers and these staff members are the face of your company, I must specially mention by name your Employee Deniz, he is and absolute credit to your company and has left a very good ever lasting impression, and its because of him i am compelled to write this review, the way he looked after my parents, myself and helped with all extra information, and then when i came to exchange the car for another, everything was made ever so easy, he is the main reason i would recommend to all my friends and family and always now try and book a car at Antalya airport always through Avec, i am coming again on February 26th 2023 for 10 days and will definitely be coming back to you
Security deposit all returned back few days after i got back to UK, no issues whatsoever, absolute pleasure to deal with and have certainly restored my faith in car rental companies as many times its just a stressfull anxious experience
