I am chasing for an order placed of 800 dolars since end of October and they are not replying at all
It’s the worst company I ever dealt with.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS

They burn out in less than 2 years. White acrylic turns yellow quickly. I have 5 in a couple lengths. All are burnt out except for 1/2 of one fixture. This is the second time I’m reaching out to them for issues. They just don’t reply.

The pair of Copper Outdoor Wall lights are elegant and very solid. Thanks to their excellent design and quality of built. The ordering and processing of Avenila was simple and smooth and the delivery prompt. Very happy with my purchase. Henry Wong. Balwyn Australia.

The customer service is prompt and the owner is knowledgeable about his protists and potential troubleshooting. Took decent time to setup the lights myself but great quality products. Will visit again.

I ordered wall art and it took 2 months to arrive, which was expected, but they did not send a finished painting - they sent a paint by numbers kit. No where on the website page or in the item description did it say paint by numbers. Plus they folded the canvas material and shipped it in a bag so it is heavily creased. Never ordering again.

I ordered a carpet which looked quiet nice on their website.
When the item arrived I was shocked and disappointed: The colours had nothing to do with the pictures plus the carpet had an awful odor. A terrible and penetrative smell of cheap plastic and chemicals.
Until now, Avenila is not responding to my various emails.

Ordered 4 outdoor lights - the website does not say they are low voltage. They came WITHOUT any product information or instructions. When calling the company with my electrician by my side ($150/an hour), the 24 hour customer service number is an answering service. I was told someone would email me within 3 days... This is NOT customer service. Do not order from this company!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ORDERED IN AUGUST 2020 and still have not yet received my order and it is now July 2021.

I ordered two wall lights on April 17 and got them June 2.
The lights are nice but look better on the website, they use a very slow shipping agent (it said it shipped April 27 (so 10 days to prepare and send) but more than a month to deliver, I personally would've paid for a premium courier option.

I'd give it 4 stars because the lights are nice but not super nice and seriously they should offer fast shipping for those who don't want to wait.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Their sales literature is of high-quality designer lights. These are not their products! They ship you something which vaguely resembles the light on their sales literature directly from a bargain basement China manufacturer. The units likely cost £5 each and are cheap tat. The 5* rating on this site can only be from themselves. Trading in this manner should be illegal.

This company is AWFUL! I ordered a light back on November 19, 2020. I still don't have it.
I have sent MULTIPLE emails.
They won't cancel the order and refund my money.

Where do I start, 1st-Know that everything is made in China, don't get me wrong, there are "good" Chinese sites, this is not. 2nd-When there is something wrong(wiring) they give you assurances that problem will be resolved, it's not. 3rd-Emailed back and forth(over 10 times)with continual promises that they are doing everything possible, emails stopped when I contacted credit card co. to start investigation.

All products ship from China regardless of where the company web site says they are located, so expect 9+ weeks for delivery. Pictures on the website were pretty representative of what I received. However all installation instructions are in Chinese. They did supply English translations after I asked, but they make no sense. The remote that arrived has only Chinese characters and instructions, and doesn't appear to work.

Absolute scam artists. I received a light, shipped from China, missing several key parts. Installation instructions were in Chinese only

Customer service said they would expedite shipping on a replacement. I asked for tracking only to be told to go find the missing parts in a hardware store myself. The parts I did receive were cheaply made. They are refusing to replace or refund. This is a scam company. The reason shipping takes so long is so that too much time passed so you cannot file a chargeback on your credit card.

When the guy who renovated my house try to install it , it was impossible to install it . It is not for USA electrical system,
So first of all why they send this to USA ?
I send them emails that I want to return the items they said no problem but I just need to pay over shipping.
I sent then the items back
Since then i’ve been sending a lot of emails waiting for my refund , always the same representative is answering me by telling me they already refund my account and I should see it in 2/3 days but it’s been three weeks that I’m waiting for the refund and they always answering me the same answer.
I spoke with American Express to dispute this charge .

Don’t buy from them nothing!

the customer service is a disaster. i received a product that does not correspond to the description, i asked for a refund but i have to send everything back at my expense in china (from france, i let you imagine the amount)... no commercial gesture, except a miserable reduction on THE NEXT order. if already i am not satisfied with the first one there will be no 2nd one !! the answer of the customer service is inadequate to my request. I don't like to leave a bad comment but this is too much.

I have purchased an expensive chandelier from Avenila. It turns out that the light it emits is yellow-green, completely unusable. The description of the light on their website indicates "3-color light", and the aspect of the light is nowhere close to what they show on their website. I reached out to customer service to ask for clarifications and complain about the issue. After one brief contact, they stopped answering. After I posted a bad review on Facebook, someone responded (on FB) with an excuse that they had some email issues and will follow up via email. It hasn't happened. They are happy they took my money, and I am a very unhappy customer. Beware of buying from them, and spend your money with more customer-friendly businesses!
