Ordered the glasses two months ago NEVER RECEIVED

Ordered the glasses two months ago, and they still have not arrived. Customer service is horrible. They offer nothing. The guarantee on the website in terms of delivery is complete BS. Do not buy these glasses.

Update: I still haven’t gotten the glasses, they told me they would give me a refund and then stopped answering any emails. I had to file a dispute with my credit card saying I never received them. If I could give this -5 stars I would. This company seems like a scam. Worst online purchase I’ve ever made.

Paid for fast shipping and still…

Paid for fast shipping and still haven't received my order! I was told I would get refunded but now they said nothing they can do!(UPDATE)still haven't received my refund or email from the company on top of that the glasses stopped recording and taking pictures tried to contact the company and I have not heard back from them.DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY JUNK!

Not Happy

I was super disappointed with how the support team handled my concerns on the shipmemt of my G100, but they did try their best. I did get my G100 after 3 weeks, with 50 emails in-between Aventa support and me. Just be patient, you will get your tracking number a week before delivery.

The product is all hype it is far cheaper than a rayban meta but you really cannot compare both brands (Yes I had a RB Meta) Aventa feels like a cheapo, if not for the camera I say you better get a $10 audio glasses.

SKETCHY

I ordered a pair of G100 AI prescription glasses 5 days later still no confirmation. I messaged them on thier website and no response,so i went to find thier contact information on PayPal and it turns out they haveno contact information on PayPal. I immediately went to check reviews on trust pilot and scam advisor and i saw most likely scam. I was able to get my money back from PayPal. Just Beware. It seems like i received a response from aventa saying that prescription lenses take longer but they already shipped and they will get me tracking info shortly but they never responded to any of my messages on there platform.this. Is the first message i received from them a rebuttal on trust pilot not even addressing anything above why dont they have any contact info on paypal ? If i do receive them witch i doubt i wiil come backin two weeks and give an update. And edit this review accordingly.

I order your product back on Oct 7 and…

I order your product back on Oct 7 and out to your site it should have been shipped within 24 hours. It’s not Oct 25th and still no product.

The so called tracking number that I was sent was fake and dose not exist.

At this point I feeling like I’ve been scammed and would like a full refund.

Could not get order delivered

Everything...went wrong system kept kicking my order out saying I canceled
.I never did..I reached out was told last order wouldn't be canceled it was..I had paid the funds..

The total amount at checkout was $108.99. Why was my credit card charged $156

Scam - No Tracking & Customer Service

No delivery yet and it has been 25 days. You cannot track your order online because the tracking section does not work.

I used the 'Contact Us' section and never heard back and did not received a tracking number either.

I've emailed the support team too but no one has replied back yet.

At this point, I'm aligned towards calling it a scam.

Still waiting for the delivery of glasses.

bought these as a gift for myself but…

bought these as a gift for myself but now i use them everyday. there great for directions when im biking and taking photos of receipts and stuff. AI translation at work is clutch. comfortable for all day wear which surprised me. customer service answered my warranty question quick. good value.
