Having used Avery Walters on numerous occasions before, we went back to them to oversee our latest purchase which was somewhat complicated. Avery Walters handled the conveyancing on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home simultaneously. We were delighted with their efforts on our behalf.
It was a complex and lengthy chain which demanded close management, but Kirsty and her colleagues were equal to the task and we have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed if they had not taken control of it.
