Do not buy from a fraudster!

I got swindled when I ordered from the other owner's business Ebke store. Now I understand why. Just see the reviews.

Do not buy here.This business is owned by a scammer who systematically cheats customers and employees. Any communication with the owner of this shop is a complete lie. Avoid buying from here!

This business belongs to a Dutch man known as a fraudster with a criminal record. Strongly do not recommend. It is an unreliable shop with many bad reviews and poor, inadequate communication.

DO NOT BUY HERE – Awesome Cargo Bikes / EBKE

The owner of this store sells products under several brand names, including Awesome Cargo Bikes (registered in the Netherlands as Awesome Bikes BV) and EBKE. I strongly advise everyone to avoid these businesses. They take payments but fail to deliver the ordered goods. I am personally in touch with dozens of people who faced the exact same issue, the majority of whom are Dutch citizens—compatriots of the owner.There is a documented 2017 Dutch investigative journalism report titled "Opgelicht" available on YouTube regarding this individual's misleading business practices. He might claim that he sued the journalists and won because they allegedly had no right to film his lifestyle. However, the official court ruling is publicly available, and it clearly states that he lost the lawsuit, confirming that the journalists had every right to report on his activities.

Numerous individuals are currently taking action against this business owner due to outstanding debts and unfulfilled financial obligations. His pattern of operation involves registering companies across Europe, accumulating heavy debts, and then declaring bankruptcy.Please remain highly vigilant. Aside from his ongoing operations in Europe, he has recently become particularly active in India as well. Do not risk your money here.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Awesome Cargo Bikes (also operating under Awesome Bikes, EBKE, Ebke Europe, Ebke bikes, Ebke store).
This business has left us with unfulfilled financial obligations and a severe breach of contract.
In 2023, we ordered goods worth €28,000, which were funded by donations from Ukraine and Germany intended for drones for the Ukrainian army.
The company took the full payment but failed to deliver the products. We took this matter to court and successfully won the lawsuit. Despite the official court ruling, the owner has still not returned our €28,000.

Please be aware of the following before doing business with them:
1. There is a documented history regarding this owner’s business practices. A 2017 Dutch investigative journalism report titled "Opgelicht" is available on YouTube, which sheds light on years of similar issues.
2. The owner also actively markets e-bikes under the EBKE brand, frequently using athletes for promotion. Be cautious of these endorsements; some of these athletes have also faced issues and initiated legal proceedings due to financial disputes.
3. When confronting the owner regarding our missing funds and non-delivery, I faced extremely unprofessional, ageist, and sexist remarks. Furthermore, knowing that I reside in Ukraine, the owner made highly offensive and inappropriate comments regarding the ongoing war, mockingly wishing me a "good day without Russian missiles and Shaheds."

This business cannot be trusted. They ignore court orders, withhold large sums of money, and display unacceptable communication standards. Avoid at all costs.
