Spoke with Al Brown multiple times regarding my Stage 2 Racingline front brake set up on my Cupra. Always excellent advice, facts and information with fast replies.

Any issues have been answered extremely fast, he's helped with best pads regarding my driving style, ordering replacement shims as well as explaining how the only discs available for my brakes were on back order for around a month.

However, they received a shipment a lot earlier than expected and made sure to send me it ASAP. So instead of a month wait it was less than a week.

Top service at Awesome GTI and big shout out to Al for all the help.

RS6 back on the road - Awesome sorted everything out (including an extra issue with a suspension fault). Very well priced, so couldn't have asked for more. Lisa, Georgia and the service team were great. Even MD Mark and Tabby got involved to help diagnose and fix the fault my car flagged today. An easy 5⭐️ from me.

Well, I ordered a part for my car and it was sent it to me abroad by Royal Snail Mail. Pointed this out to them and they agreed it should have been sent via a courier. The best part is they refunded my postage costs.

This company was the only company who could supply parts in short term and was just before Christmas last year! Have spoken with Charlotte and she managed to get all what I need for next day delivery! I would highly recommend them to all if you do need any of products they sell! Thank you

Ordered a pipercross air filter element from awesomegti on Monday night, arrived 3 days later. Was kept up to date on what was happening during the 3 days.
Can’t fault this company. Very happy customer 👌

Parts order took much longer than expected, but I appreciate this can be down to supplier delays. It would have been better if they had kept me up to date with ETA’s.
Unfortunately their after sales support was slow and they didn’t seem too keen help me considering how much I’d spent.

I have recently had my Audi serviced at Awesome, they are my go to for reliable, value for money servicing. On this occasion whilst road testing the vehicle the drivers door received a couple of chips from a passing lorry. The team phoned to tell me prior to pick up, showed me on pick up and said they would arrange to get it sorted. Within 2 days they were back to me with arrangements to put it right. They are truly Awesome. Thanks to the team

I purchased a set of a ECS Tuning Hatch Pop Kit - Vw Mk6 Golf Pop Up Rear Hatch.

After having them fitted, the quality was really bad, when you open the boot with the key fob the boot would just swing up with quite a lot of force, to that extent my parcel shelf would come off..and make the car jerk. Iv taken them of now ( put the original ones back on ) as I didn’t feel safe having that around myself or anyone trying to open the car boot. Either they were faulty or just not good. Paid just under £100.
I did email them but they never replied back.

I took my Audi RS4 to their garage following recommendations within RS4 dedicated Facebook groups and I was not disappointed.

The service was exceptional and the pricing very competitive.

My car was given a dyno run to see how much power it had lost over 6 years, and it was down some 50bhp which pointed towards carbon build-up which is a known issue with the V8 RS4.

I dropped my car off in the morning, and by the evening it was ready to collect with an additional request of wheel alignment also done.

The experience has been exemplary and in particular, the shop manager Saj Hashmi was great to deal with and super responsive with his communications.

I ordered a cardigan . Which arrived 6 weeks later . The sizing wasnt right and the colour not as the pictures and not as described in the advert. The company enclosed cards inside with different emails and supposed support but did not reply to either. They only responded once when pay pal got involved and the case is ongoing and they have not been helpful or even in communication. Be very careful and only go thru pay pal . Have some recource if you buy from.

Ordered some ap coilovers , which are needed to pass my mot , was not told on the phone they didn’t have them in stock even though they’re a stock item and they gladly took my money . Had to ring to see why they hadn’t turned up only to be told I’d have to wait until the start of November to receive said item. Unapologetic customer service and very Blasé. I now have to shell out more money while I wait for refund to buy off a more reliable company.

The guys at Awesome GTI are truly awesome! The customer service is fantastic every time, their sales group is fantastic and they always come back to me with an honest helping hand! I’m not exactly local to them so communication throughout is very important when I’m dealing with their sales group. 100% A++++
