FR : Je souhaite laisser un avis plus que positif à la marque AYBL, j’ai passé commande chez eux il y a un mois et malheureusement nous avons eu un léger soucis de livraison. J’ai donc contacté la marque directement et ils ont été plus que génial !! Je trouve ça important pour une marque d’être aussi présente pour leurs clients. Des que je leurs ai adressé un mail, ils m’ont répondu dans la journée de manière professionnelle tout en écoutant mon problème, qu’ils ont réglé très rapidement. J’ai été en contact avec Elysia, Beattris, Paige, Paul et Nikola. Je suis très reconnaissante de l’équipe support d’avoir géré et réagit à ma situation aussi rapidement, souvent et de façon pro. Faisant du sport et de la salle depuis 6 ans, c’est une marque que j’utilise énormément et niveau qualité je vous conseille d’acheter chez eux, car vous serez enchanté de la porter.

EN : I would like to leave a more than positive review for the AYBL brand, I ordered from them a month ago and unfortunately we had a slight delivery problem. So I contacted the brand directly and they were beyond great!! I find it important for a brand to be also present for their customers. As soon as I sent them an email, they responded to me within the day in a professional manner while listening to my problem, which they resolved very quickly. I have been in contact with Elysia, Beattris, Paige, Paul and Nikola. I am very grateful to the support team for handling and reacting to my situation so quickly, often and professionally. Having been doing sports and gym training for 6 years, it's a brand that I use a lot and in terms of quality I advise you to buy from them, because you will be delighted to wear it.

one of the worst companies I have ever bought from
delivery takes weeks you get no customer service
no replies to emails for weeks on end
they only respond when they know you received your item
i sent an item back 21 days ago with their courier and still have no refund and have had no response from them

A Christmas gift ruined — 35 days late and zero customer care

I ordered a Christmas present for my sister from ABYL on 15 December. It did not arrive by Christmas. I emailed three times asking for an update and received no reply. The parcel finally turned up on 20 January, over a month late. Only that day did ABYL acknowledge my email, stating: “According to the courier, your parcel has been delivered to the address provided.” No apology. No explanation. No goodwill gesture.
Delays can happen, but being ignored for weeks and then sent a curt message after the fact shows a serious lack of respect for customers. The experience was terrible, and entirely avoidable with even basic communication.
I won’t be ordering from ABYL again, and I’d urge others to think twice if you need timely delivery or expect even the most basic customer service. At a minimum, ABYL should fix its fulfilment process, respond to emails, provide proactive updates, and apologise when they fall short. I can provide proof of purchase and email timestamps if needed.

Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service - buyer beware.

Purchased two items in the Black Friday sale which clearly stated there was an extended returns window.

One of the items was too small so I requested an exchange for a bigger size, not a refund, just an exchange of product for one that actually fits would have been nice.

They do not offer exchanges in any way, shape or form and they won't offer a refund as they are refuting the extended window for returns.

They also took weeks to get back to me about any of the above.

I'll never buy their products again, utterly terrible in this day and age that they think this is acceptable.

COMMANDE NON LIVREE !

Commande passée il y a 3 semaines mais aucune commande livrée en réalité.

Ma commande est sensée être arriver samedi mais rien : personne n'a sonné, rien dans la boîte aux lettres et rien chez le gardien.

Aucune indication de suivi autre que "commande livrée". D'ailleurs le statut indique de la commande serai toujours en Allemagne.

Aucune réponse du service client sur un dossier "important" qui devrait être traité dans les plus brefs délais !

J'espère avoir un retour dans les prochains jours, ce serai le minimum, pour l'instant "ignorance totale".

Je DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT de passer commande sur son site. Jusqu'à présent toutes mes commandes sont bien arrivées, sans aucun problème. J'aurai du lire les avis avant de commander...

Dommage pour une entreprise à si fort potentiel...

aybl bestellingen tijdens sale

pakket besteld op 10 november meteen toen de Black friday sale begon. Nu na 20 dagen (het is nu 30 november) staat bij mijn bestelling nog steeds ‘processing’ dus het is nog niet eens onderweg! Na 3 keer contact te hebben opgenomen ook nog steeds geen reactie. Ik heb totaal geen idee waar mijn bestelling is en of deze uberhaupt nog komt.

Oder never received

Oder never received and it's been two weeks I am waiting for the replacement order to be shipped and confirmed. They don't have any phone number, only email and it takes them 3-5 working days to reply to each email. Evri has confirmed they have shipped my parcel to another address.

If you look at the other reviews, this is common with Aybl. Poor customer service.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service - Was told that if I parcel went missing (which has now been confirmed by Evri) that they would send me out an order to replace it - I have sent various messages since this has been lost and I have had no response from anyone. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company if you like good customer service

Binnen 3 maanden kapot en ze doen er precies niks mee!

Super mooie legging gekocht, maar binnen 3 maanden ging de scrunch kapot. Klantenservice zegt hier alleen iets mee te kunnen als het binnen 30 dagen kapot gaat... BELACHELIJK!! Echt een mooi merk, maar de klantenservice is echt bagger! Mag toch wel hopen dat een legging langer mee gaat dan 3 maanden....

Pedido Perdido

Tuve un problema con mi envio,no se por que fue, si la empresa de transporte lo perdio o lo que sea, pero hable con soporte, me atendio Elle y la verdad es que me lo soluciono muy atentamente y de forma amable.
Ahora estoy al pendiente de que me envien el nuevo

Missing order for over 6 weeks

Missing order for over 6 weeks. Paid £123. They're ignoring me on everything I even said I'd take substitutes as my items out of stock. They won't send these or my refund. Had to get advice from consumer rights and looks like they're doing this to loads of people

Too much time to deliver and bad user experience

I’m reaching out regarding my order placed on March 27th, which was marked as shipped on April 4th, yet I still have not received the package as of today. This is well beyond the stated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days advertised on your website.

To make matters worse, the tracking information has been unhelpful and inconsistent, making it extremely difficult to understand where my order currently is or when I can expect it to arrive.

I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of clear communication. Please look into this as a matter of urgency and provide a concrete update on the delivery status. If the order cannot be delivered promptly, I expect to be offered a full refund.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

it's been two weeks since I ordered my order but they still haven't managed to send my delivery from their online shop. In addition, I've read their reviews and am now worried that I won't get what I ordered.

it's awful that such shameful things happen in our otherwise fine world🌎
