Faulty items which they tried to charge me the return.;
Many agents dealing with the same issue and not reading the thread (I keep receiving templates);
I asked to talk with a Supervisor 3 times and no one passed the issue to them.
I am still waiting for a refund.

Really happy with this overall

Really happy with this overall. The quality is genuinely very good and it feels well made. The fit is spot on too, true to size and comfortable which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Only downside for me was the shipping. It took longer than it should have and seems like they’re using a cheaper courier which kind of lets the experience down a bit.

Still, once it arrived I was happy with it. Would definitely be perfect if they sorted out the delivery times.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. On their website, they state that standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. I don’t understand why they mislead customers instead of being honest from the beginning and saying that delivery can take over a month. The tracking link was not working, and I could only see updates when I contacted customer service via email. I have also asked multiple times which local courier company will deliver my package, hoping I could contact them directly, but no one has responded. I am still waiting, almost a month later. It’s a shame — this was my first time ordering from this company, and definitely my last.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, very slow at responding if at all. My account was hacked and fraudulent orders were placed, they could have stopped them if they acted faster but they let the fraudsters get away with it.

Retouren niet op orde

Kleding is van goede kwaliteit en snit, daar ben ik erg blij mee. Wat wel heel jammer is, is dat de retouren niet betrouwbaar zijn. Bij mijn 3e bestelling ooit is er iets misgegaan met de ontvangst van de retour. De helft van het teruggestuurde trainingspak is gecrediteerd, de andere helft 'wordt onderzocht'.
Terwijl beide items in hetzelfde pakket zaten en ik notabene eerder een bevestiging van ontvangst van beide items heb ontvangen. Ben nu al dagen met Aybl bezig over deze retour en het is maar de vraag of ik het geld definitief gecrediteerd krijg. Dat zou dik 45 euro zijn wat ik dan moet betalen voor iets wat teruggestuurd is.
Dit stimuleert me niet om nogmaals te bestellen, en al helemaal niet als ik twijfel over de maat of model. Jammer!

Poor return policy and even poorer customer service

Not only did they take 12 days to acknowledge my emails but they then didn’t listen to the query I had or help or reply when I asked for additional help / discretion.

I ordered some Christmas presents for my niece mid November. Unfortunately, some of these weren’t right and she wanted to return them but upon doing so, she realised it was just outside of their return policy.

AYBL are one of the few companies that don’t run an extended Christmas returns policy from the beginning of November to the end of January. Their competitor Gymshark does as do most other retailers. They begin theirs on the 2nd December but they encourage people to shop for Black Friday (those who do so for Christmas presents would practically have to return them on Boxing Day! Not practical!)

My niece spends a lot with AYBL and on this occasion I spent over £250. It was disappointing that they wouldn’t return three of the items. No interest in sustainability clearly.

More importantly having to send three or four emails and online chat messages before waiting 12 days for any form of reply is extremely poor customer service.

I sent an email to the Head of Customer Service and the CEO - no response there either. Given all the one star reviews here it’s clear they’re not interested in retaining a customer base.

Won’t be shopping with them again.

Just never again.

Just never again.

I ordered an item on December 15th as a Christmas gift. My card was charged on December 16th. It was not until January 9th that I finally received a message stating that the package had been shipped.

I contacted AYBL on December 21st, December 25th, and January 2nd, but did not receive any response until January 14th, when I was told that the delivery time is “only an estimate.”

The delays, lack of communication, and unacceptable customer service make this a very disappointing experience.

As of January 15th, I still have not received my order, so I am curious to see if and when it will actually arrive.

Not sure why lots of bad reviews. I sent back some Christmas gifts on Christmas Day using impost locker and I have received the refund in my account today only 5 day !. For me this is excellent refund turn around during the holiday period !

I place my order with AYBL back on the 14th of November. It is now the 30th of December and I have received no clothes, have not been offered any compensation and have not been able to get a refund…

The tracking showed it was stuck with Evri for weeks before ‘being returned to sender’. I contacted AYBL repeatedly through emails, their online chat and instagram for updates but received nothing meaningful. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with.

I feel as if they’ve scammed me and are now doing everything they can to ignore me and keep m money without sending me any clothes.

(Geen?) klantenservice

Mijn levering (besteld tijdens Black Friday-actie) werd in twee delen bezorgd. Uiteindelijk wil ik twee producten retourneren, uit beide leveringen één, maar het apart geleverde product is steeds onzichtbaar bij de order waardoor retourneren niet geregeld kan worden. Meerdere pogingen tot contact met de klantenservice (via chatbot en dan lang wachten) hebben slechts één keer een antwoord opgeleverd dat het geregeld zou moeten zijn, maar dat bleek niet het geval. Nu is het alweer een tijd stil terwijl de bestelling van meer dan een maand geleden is. Overigens is het antwoord in het Engels, ook als je de vraag in het Nederlands stelt.

Horrid customer service

Have ordered before and had no issues. Ordered on Black Friday and got an email saying my order was shipped on December 2nd. Have heard nothing from DHL so contacted them, they’re saying that they haven’t received the parcel from AYBL. The tracking shows no update since it left AYBL so it feels like it’s lost. Have tried contacting them multiple times on the website and via Instagram, to not avail. Feels absolutely horrid and it sucks because I love their brand.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Don’t order from here, place an order a month ago it’s not been received, evri are saying it’s lost and Aybl will not even acknowledge our contact, I’ve messaged on instgram, Facebook, emailed a number of times with no response. Useless company

Når der er gået 14 dage, uden så meget som en besked om hvor en pakke er, men de stadig har trukket pengene, så viser det hvor useriøst en kæde det er!

Bad very bad




Terrible experience. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
I spent 3.5 weeks emailing about my order, and only after 4 weeks did I finally receive it. On top of that, I only received one item because the rest was suddenly “out of stock,” even though I was one of the first to place an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m deleting the app and will never order here again.

Bestel hier niet (tijdens de sale)

Tijdens de Sale een aantal artikelen besteld. Na 2 weken eindelijk mijn eerste deel levering binnen gekregen. Op eerste oogopslag kon ik al zien dat de logo’s op de bestelde leggings gewoon los zaten, daarnaast een legging gepast, en ondanks dat ik een maat groter heb besteld schijnt de broek bij mij door. Verder wel een fijne stof maar voor mij gaan de broeken retour. Al ben ik wel sceptisch over het retourneren want ik lees toch wel veel negatieve ervaringen over het retourneringsproces bij deze webshop (iets met onvolledige restituties) we gaan het mee maken.

De andere deel bestelling heb ik tot op heden nog steeds niets ontvangen. Hierover heb ik enkel een mail dat ik van een aantal artikelen mijn geld retour zou krijgen. De rest van de artikelen heb ik niets over gehoord. Doordat een aantal producten niet meer leverbaar zijn, zijn mijn bestelde sets helaas ook niet meer compleet. Het zou fijn zijn om deze bestelling gewoon te kunnen annuleren, maar dat is niet mogelijk en contact met de klantenservice is een drama. Na een aantal dagen nog geen reactie ontvangen. Als mijn pakket überhaupt ooit nog komt zal dat ook gewoon retour gestuurd worden…

Ik kan mij er in vinden dat het tijdens een sale periode druk kan zijn… maar dit slaat toch wel alles. Om klanten te behouden, zou ik toch op z’n minst de klantenservice op orde brengen, of op z’n minst je klanten informeren over de drukte en langere wachttijden.

Jammer, maar voor mij eens en nooit weer…

I would genuinely avoid this brand at all costs.

Placed an order 21 days ago for 2-3 working day delivery. Still haven’t received it and Evri believe it is lost.

Contacted AYBL after 10 days. Twice on their chat and two emails. Finally received a reply today saying I should just wait another 7-10 working days to see if it turns up and refusing my refund request.

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Serves me right for taking a chance on another gym ware brand. Better to stick to the tried and tested brand

Dat deze zaak nog bestaat is echt een wonder.

Meteen besteld op het moment dat de Black Friday sale in ging. Vervolgens na ruim 10 dagen een mailtje gestuurd om te vragen of mijn bestelling al verstuurd was. Kreeg na een week reactie met dat er een storing was en een van mijn artikelen nu dus niet meer op voorraad is. Na direct terug gemaild te hebben duurde het weer een week om antwoord te krijgen. Tot op heden nog geen reactie op de vraag of mijn bestelling überhaupt al is verzonden. Wat een slechte zaak dit. Ben inmiddels al bijna een maand verder.
