Customer service doesn't exist
I placed a pre order for the AYN Thor and requested cancellation; sent 6 different emails over 2 weeks.
First, I asked them to cancel my order. When I didnt receive a response, I followed up and asked whether my order was cancelled and when I should expect my refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Having no reply for over a month regarding a cancellation and refund is not acceptable, especially when the product has not yet been shipped.
I have since filed a chargeback with American Express.

I placed a pre order for the AYN Thor and requested cancellation before the item was shipped due to unexpected customs and VAT charges.
I contacted customer support multiple times over the past week and clearly asked whether my order was cancelled and when I should expect my refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Having no reply for over a week regarding a cancellation and refund is not acceptable, especially when the product has not yet been shipped.
I hope this review helps get some attention and I can receive confirmation of cancellation and refund soon. I would be happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.

They don't want to deal with actual issues, really poor customer service, going the same way as Ayaneo. Awful

Pas sérieux du tout. Ne répond pas aux mails pour une commande passée le 4 février. Juste un mail automatique annonçant le 13 février qu'ils étaient en vacances pour le nouvel an chinois. Celui-ci débute le 17 février! Voilà comment on traite le client chez eux. Imaginez en cas de sav pour un produit défectueux? À boycotter. Il existe d'autres marques plus sérieuses
Good luck waiting to receive an order
Ordered a product, waited over a month for it to get shipped out, the package got lost in transit because they used the cheapest carrier imaginable, and then told me that my only option to get a refund was to use insurance to get it. Garbage customer service, garbage shipping.
WORST company EVER.
One of the WORST companies I've EVER made a purchase from. I place a order on the first week of November, it doesn't ship out until 13 days later. But here's the kicker, the order after leaving China and entering the states somehow my order gets SHIPPED back to China again after it passes customs. The order then comes back into the USA again. But then became stalled in the system... 28 days would pass since it was "shipped" but the order never even made it to USPS. All because this cheap company uses a cheap Chinese shipper while charging me 30 dollars to ship a 500 dollar order. You would probably think maybe its the customers fault for not telling them. WRONG. I messaged them every week and they always said the same thing... Ayn even tried to tell me everything was moving normally?! Which was BS BC i called USPS and even they said that 4PX probably lost my package or it was "Misplaced" by their staff. "Well it sounds like your problem is with 4PX not Ayn". Incorrect. If Ayn had even TRIED to reach out to 4PX any of the times i reached out to them they would've realized from the beginning something was wrong, but they never did. And after a whole month and a half with countless emails, lack of updates, progress, or actions I told them to cancel my order and refund me. Guess what they said again? We will reach out to 4PX and request they expedite the process on your order, if nothing happens in a week we can then look into refunds and other options. I already waited a month and a half while paying full price shipping and now they want me to wait another week (which meant literally celebrating Christmas and still not getting the order i placed back in the beginning of November). I responded no, to which they then had a supervisor FINALLY call 4PX which made them realize that they had already lost my package in transit so Ayn gave me two options.
1. A full refund, which can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days.
ORRRRRRRRRR IN THEIR EXACT WORDS
2. We will resend a new package. Please note that we can only resend the package once. If you still haven't received the goods the second time, we suggest you contact your local logistics provider or insurance company to file a claim. Additionally, you may need to wait a while for restocking.

J'ai commandé une masterclass dans cette boutique, le suivi est très détaillé, la communauté et le staff sont présents sur le Discord, c'est très bienveillant et sans ces contacts là, j'aurais eu du mal à passer à l'achat. En fin de compte, j'ai fini par commandé l'article de mes rêves, bien qu'indiqué "Batch 2" (livraison mi-Janvier) j'ai eu de la chance de pouvoir l'avoir aujourd'hui (date de publication). Tout est parfait, du début à la fin, je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat, le contact, la transaction, la livraison, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Je vous le recommande très chaudement.

Odin 2 Max follow is good
I bought the Odin 2 Max console and it's great! The only issue was that the tracking information from the partner was incorrect. I contacted support (who were very helpful) and they provided me with a new tracking link.
Frais de douane pas clairement affiché
Il n'est pas clairement affiché que nous devons payer nous même la douane lorsqu'on achète sur leur site internet. Je me suis retrouvé à devoir payer 122,23€ de douane. Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas acheté la Odin 2 Portal.
Broken and AYN are non-responsive.
I purchased an AYN Odin 2 Portal which arrived with a common problem, a failed thumbstick and the "dust cover" fallen out of the console. I emailed them and contacted them via their Discord, then I waited a week, I sent a follow up email, no reply, so I waited a week.
I messaged in their Discord again where one of their own mods said “AYN have been ghosting all customers lately, good luck”
It's now over a month and they have not/will not reply. At this stage, I feel as if I've been scammed by AYN– warranty refusal is one thing, but straight up ghosting all customers who share an issue is another.

I bought a Odin 2 Max but i chose the wrong colour but the Ayntec support team helped me get the right colour and now I've had the device for a couple of days and so far all i can say is that i love this device it fits nice in my hands and it's high battery capacity allows me to play games for long sessions without chargin i will definetely recommend this device

I had an Odin Lite for 2 and an half years, in those days i have found out that the battery was swelling(actually it has opened the back carter of the device) i have contacted the support to have help from them and their answer was:"we don't do it anymore, so we are not going to help you, we don't care if this is gonna explode in your hands". i know that other people has the same issue with batteries, SO BE CAREFUL

J'ai acheté une Odin 2 il a quelques mois et j'en suis ravi. La qualité de la console est très bonne. Fonctionne très bien, que ce soit bouton et joystick. L'envoi s'est fait rapidement. Encore une fois il semblerait que tant qu'on a pas à faire au service client tout va bien. De mon côté je suis ravi de cet achat !
I wanted to love this so badly
Bought an Odin 2 for way too much on Amazon just to get it here faster. Worked great for about two weeks then then screen would just be black..nothing else. Ended up starting a refund and ordered one from the official website. We’ll see if this one works any better. Screen issues seem to be a common thing with these so I don’t have high hopes anymore. Customer service is kind of a joke. They respond quickly but in no way attempt to resolve the issue for a product they supposedly have a warranty for.
