Terrible product. No where close to what was advertised. Ordered comforter for son for Christmas back In November and did not receive until December 30. Very poor quality. I ordered a fish comforter and the picture on it is so blurry and it's not a comforter it's literally 2 pieces of material sewn together with nothing in between.

very upset i bought my son a blanket for Christmas i ordered it on the 3rd of Dec and on the 5th they took the$69.90 out of my account by the 19th i started writing the company trying to find out what was going on i got one replie that said no worry's i never got it for Christmas my son came to town i didn't have it i finally got it on the 28th i was so disappointed it isn't as big as they said it was wasn't made very good at all and there was a sticker on it that when i went to pull it off snagged the blanket i am very upset i really wanted to give my son something nice and it didn't turn out

Haven't received what I ordered. When I email them the mailbox is full. Warehouse says its in Houston and that is where I live. Don't buy from this website!!!

I'm soooo glad I found these TrustPilot reviews. I became skeptical when I saw the azcozy site reviews because they were placed on different items and seemed made up. I also noticed the pictures looked a bit made up.

Very poor quality. Took 2 months to get.
Terrible workmanship. I did not read reviews. The quilt i ordered is nothing like the picture. I never read the reviews. So i paid $99. For a cheap product.

I ordered a rug for a Christmas gift thinking they were from Houston TX. 30+ days later I got crap! Big ripoff. It’s cheap foam stamped. It’s not a rug. It’s barely thick enough to lay down. I contacted them and am now disputing thru paypal. I paid 120.00 for a $5.00 item. They lied about everything. I sure hope paypal does right by me.

TRYING TO GET THEM BAND FROM PAYPAL!!! PAYPAL IS WORKING VERY HARD AND OPENING UP AN INVESTIGATION ON AZCOZY Brayden Rogers. PAYPAL WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A BUSINESS THAT LIKE THIS......... IF YOU PAID WITH PAYPAL CALL THEM AND THAN GO TO YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES... GOOD LUCK.

My wife found a rug at Azcozy. I tried to email them and email did not go through. I had thought they were in the US as well. Found these reviews of Azcozy at Trustpilot. I called the credit card company to cancel. An email from Azcozy said delivery would be by DHL. I saw our mailman delivering a blue package, it was from China. He said if I didn't open the package they could return to China. I let him keep the package, it's on the way back to China!

Update 2/2020, my credit card company returned my $79.90. Thank you Trustpilot!

I made the same mistake as others not checking reviews. Item arrived WEEKS later and only a cheezy pice of polyester for a “woven” rug as shown on ad. Had no idea it was from China. They asked for a picture and of course then said it appeared as what I ordered. 10% refund offered for my trouble for a $50+ mistake!!! RIPOFF! Inwill not drop this herr!

I ordered a large rug without doing my research and just trusting the reviews on the website. Never again! The 6 by 8 ft so-called "rug" arrived in a plastic bag the size of an overstuffed pillow, is made of cheap foam material with cheap fabric on top and the design poorly printed on that fabric. At least I got something, but I'm not happy with it.

If they had a spot for no stars I would push that.Its been a month now still haven’t received my package . try tracking and it’s and it hasn’t moved in 10 days. $70.00 for a comforter and it says it only weighs 1.79 lbs.I guess I’m just getting fabric. There site says there in Texas wrong there in China. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company. I know I never will again

Ordered a rug said it would be here by Christmas, as a gift. Nope did not arrive. Tried e-mails said their e-mail box is full. No one answering phone. As others have said should have read reviews.😥 They have taken my money. Please do not order from this company. Fraud!

Ridiculous!! Do NOT waste your money. Did my homework, thought they were located in Houston Texas. Ordered a quilt for $80! When it arrived it is a ridiculous flimsy not even pieced item. Looks nothing like the picture or description, total rip off. Description stated that it would be a while because every item was handmade. This is literally a printed piece of fabric. Very ugly.Came from China! Would never never never have ordered had I known this. Ugh live and learn

I ordered two “quilts” and they are awful. They are just two pieces of material sewn together with no quilting whatsoever. I received an email saying that they would take care of my problem but I haven’t heard anything and their mailbox is full so I can’t even reply to them. I am very disappointed and have never dealt with a company like this before.I would be very careful about ordering anything from this company. I spent $79 US on each quilt and there’s about $10 worth of material and that’s it. Shame on you azcozy.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bedding set, cost me $110 and it is awful! Do not order from this site! The reviews on the website are fake. I have tried contacting them and their email is full and no phone number is listed. Really terrible product, very unhappy with this order. I thought it was a quilted blanket cover but it is an image of a quilt that is blurry and awful. The backside of the blanket is grey, which doesn't match the front colors! White thread was used to sew it and a poor job was done, looks very unprofessional. This should have cost $20, no more. So disappointed.

Ordered 2 Comforter sets for Christmas Gifts money was taken out of my account on the 16th of Dec. Shows shipment on Dec 23rd. Still not received them tracking number does't work have no idea where my comforters are!!!!! Very Upset...

They will credit your account twice and then fail to correct, answer any emails or phone calls.

I can’t believe the reviews of this company! My fault for not checking first! I ordered a “custom” rug 12 days ago...still haven’t received a shipping notification. I hope at least that it’s decent quality. Guess I’ll receive it in a couple months......
