I don't know if I'm more disappointed in them or myself for falling for their slick promo. My daughter's Christmas gift is STILL in China and after reading these reviews...

Daughter called yesterday and had received it.
Quality was surprisingly good and she was tickled!

Would love to give 0 stars. Ordered quilt for my new grandchild. (The photo of the product implied a patchwork quilt) it cost over $100, is worth about $7. Cheap and made of nylon instead of the promissed cotton. It was actually a photo of a quilt with quilt stitching done on top. The sewing was very sloppy, as if my athritic dog had done it. The company did not reply to my inquiry on how to return it. Fake, fake, fake!

I do not think this is a legit company. Why on earth are they still able to sell things?? Ordered a blanket that was labeled "sherpa". The blanket took nearly a month to arrive. They said it was coming from China.

It is NOT sherpa. It's a long piece of cut out material that is sewn along the edges to prevent fraying (this will probably fray anyway). Again, it's a material, not a blanket.

There was no label on it. It had a really sticky sticker on the material. It took several minutes to take off, and I couldn't get all of it off. It pulled off much of the material in the process. Washing machine was full of the color.

Handling it, I started coughing. Obviously the material itself isn't even safe. Paid $50 dollars for this. Horrible highway robbery.

This is a fake it’s been a month and I still haven’t received anything when I emailed them I need it before Xmas they told me to buy a back up plan this site is very sketchy I don’t trust it and I am not happy at alll when I checked the tracking it hasn’t even moved it’s been on the same spot all month .

I ordered ( which I’m kicking myself now, because i didn’t check company out before hand ).
I complained, and now they blocked me.
I posted on my page to shut this scam down.
I am now talking to my credit card company, taking action.

I have tried to contact the company with no luck, they did ask for a photo to resolve my issue. I did send a photo but the email was returned as un-deliverable. I was a cheep swap-meet quilt, value about $20.00.

Blanket was just PRINTED instead of the embroidered one in picture. Big disappointment. Not even worth half the price.

My story the same as many others and I'm so disappointed in my self for not checking the reviews on this company. I paid 69.90 for a Sherpa blanket that is nothing more then a cheap dollar store throw. I took a month to deliver. I see many disappointed customers and not one customer that was refunded or contacted by Azcozy customer service which leads me to think they just don't care. I certainly did learn my lesson this time. Won't happen again

I ordered a nice Sherpa throw. It wasn't what I ordered. Just a cheap copy cat, flimpsy piece of fabric. It was in a clear plastic wrap. The item didn't even have a tag or anything on it.
The online site says the company is from New Jersey the item was shipped from China.
If you email them it automatically comes back and says the mailbox is full.
SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered from Azcozy and received 2 quilts and a rug that do not look like the pictures that they advertised. I believe this so called business is scamming people by showing beautiful pictures and sending cheap items that are not would you want. Returns are impossible. In fact, I have been unable to make contact with them to return these items.

I PURCHASED TWO RUGS OVER THANKSGIVING AND IT TOOK SOME 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. IT IS A BOGUS COMPANY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY CONSUMER AFFAIRS VIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE PRODUCT IS VERY CHEAP AND THE REVIEWS ARE TRANSPOSED. NOT A LEGITIMATE SELLER! DON’T BUY AND BEWARE!! PS: I DONATED WHAT I DID GET TO A THRIFT STORE. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE NEW, THEY WERE ALSO THE QUALITY OF THE DOLLAR TREE STORE!

Very dissatisfied with my comforter which was a very thin sheet. Dishonest site! Don't waste your money on this site!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! They don’t even deserve a star!! They are scammers. I paid 109.00 for two rugs. Before they came in the mail, I knew something was wrong because there were no package tracking updates, MINIMAL customer service and no way to cancel the order! When I got them.. they are just basically oversized mouse pads with the picture of the real rug’s image transposed in one side. I wish I’d seen this site before!

Not what I ordered, very poor quality. Not a rug.

I would not recommend this site. Bought the sheep quilt, which appeared soft and 3 dimensional in the photo, described as 100% quality cotton. In actuality, it was flat, with printed images on what felt like polyester. Uninviting! When I tried to get instructions to return, and after sending invoice and order numbers, I repeatedly got messages that my order could not be found. They did, however, find my PayPal account to the tune of 50+ dollars. In the end, I gave up and donated the item, and did not feel good about passing this off to someone else. Terrible quality...non-existent customer service.

They do NOT deserve ONE star. These people are crooks. They steal other artists work and what they advertise and what you receive are two different things. I ordered the rug, got a piece of foam with a poor image of what they advertised. I complained to the bank and the charges were reversed but they should not have the opportunity to screw other people. I am now working to get google to remove them completely.

I was so looking forward to getting my blankets as I spent over $200 total for 4 blankets. Received 2 flimmzy Thin cloths that I suppose were quilts and Never Reveived the 2 fleece blankets. So I paid over $200 for 2 pcs of garbage. Not cool. Plus when I tried to email them about my blankets I got the Failure to deliver notice. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $$ HERE !!!
