I ordered a bedding set in October. They took my money. It's mid January and I have not seen any sign of anything happening with either a refund or a product

Terrible company! The comforter bedding I ordered looks nothing like the picture on their website! It is a sheet with blurry images. Absolutely disappointed! I tried to email the company but their inbox is full. I wish I would have seen some of these reviews before I ordered. :( Complete Scam!

Worst worst worst company ever. I ordered an 8x10 rug. It came 5 weeks later from CHINA! And it’s not a rug. It literally is like a giant mouse pad- that’s the only way I can describe it. There are no rug fibers. It’s just a print of a rug on a very cheap and giant mouse pad. I got scammed. $120 down the drain. Don’t buy from them!

Omg. Now im dreading getting my rug. Its been over a month still hasn't shipped, cant get in touch with company. I to thought it was a company based in Texas i never would have ordered, im wondering if my area rug will fit in mailbox?? This is a real disgrace, im kind of embarrassed to admit i ordered off here...🤭🤨😱😡🤬

This company is horrible. It’s a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The item was not even similar to what I ordered, not even the correct color. It was so bad I threw it in the trash. I will never order from a company that I know nothing about again. Lesson learned.

The customer support is as awful as their product. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering it. The product is shipped from China and communication is very non existent. Instead of their slogan being “Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority,” perhaps it should be, “Selling crap merchandise is our utmost priority.” I feel bad for giving the 1 star because it’s not fair to the star.

I also ordered a bedding group for our granddaughter and there isn't any contact information or customer service number listed on their web site. It has been a month and my order has not arrived. I have contacted my credit card company and I am placing a disputed charge on them and I am contacting the Better Business.. I think this web site should be closed down to protect the consumer due to lack of contact information. Willie

If I can rate this website a zero I would!!! I ordered bed sheet for my daughter and what I received was s***. T
It looked as if the image on my daughter sheets were copied from the computer and enlarged. The sheets looked blurry and the color was faded. I’ve been emailed back to back and no responses. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

This company is worse than bad. I ordered my daughter a mermaid bedding set, as well as a large rug. What I received, well, I have no idea what it is. Thought the company was in Texas, no.. In order ship it back it goes to China! No working phone number.. no working email! PayPal is still doing business with these people and they are completely fake. $90.00 to ship it back!! THEY NEED ShUT DOWN!!

Your right this company is a fraud. I thought I was getting a comforter, got two sheet seen together. paid $79.99 for s......t.

I hope people actually see these reviews from REAL CUSTOMERS and not the fake reviews on their website. I ordered a mermaid COMFORTER for my granddaughter in November. Just got it today. The comforter actually fit in my mailbox! It had NO FILLING. It was like 2 sheets sewed together. And do not think it will look like the picture on their website. The material was BLURRY and you could barely make out what it was. This place is a scam. I thought I was buying from a US company but after they get your money you realize it is coming from over seas. This is a SCAM and something should be done to them.

I ordered a Santa rug on Nov. 29, 2019. I took several weeks for delivery. According to pic and description, I was expecting a hand-hooked rug. I was not happy with the quality of the rug...more of a polyester. I tried to return the rug to the address listed above (and sent an email to customer support). I received no response to the email, and the package was returned marked "Delivery refused." So now I have $49.95 + $9.95 (initial shipping) + $13.69 (return shipping = $73.59 invested in a rug that I do not want. Do not buy from this company!

I am sorry I could not give anything less than 1 Star.

Terrible product, not as advertised. Lesson learned, buy from reputable companies. Forget about refund, they need the money for lawsuits!

SCAM! FAKE ITEMS and I noticed immediately after I purchased emailed them got some BS email not in broke English saying wait for the item to come first then I could get a refund but then they say ship the prob 5$ mat they sent me back to China for 80$ shipping they know you won't do that

I bought a dachshund rug which came in the wrong size.
I was given the runaround for over a month and a half trying to get it replaced but to no avail. Everyone is right about the quality of the goods, and it all appears to be coming from China, they dont care if you're happy or not.
Buyer beware, DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

I should have read reviews before ordering, I agree this company should be shut down. Product is extremely poor quality. absolutely nothing like what is shown and described in their advertising. What a huge disappointment when I received the product. I paid good money for a "heavy sherpa lined blanket" that arrived as a flimsy piece of material with an edge sewn around it👎😒

Horrible quality- Complete junk company will not return my emails to get a refund and return this item - such a disappointment. Ordered for Christmas came to weeks afterwards not that even matters cause I would never keep something this poorly made and paid 60 for it. Falsifies reviews on their website as well because it has almost a five star rating - that’s a joke!

Everyone that has a Facebook account spread the word about this company. They need to be shut down.
