I purchased a duvet cover that required personalization. I sent my daughter's name to them. However the duvet cover came in with the online sample name. There is no phone number to contact. I have sent numerous emails to the email address provided with the order confirmation. The emails are all returned to sender saying the email mail box is full. I tried disputing charge with paypal and they said there was nothing they could do. I am very frustrated and out $80. I wish I would have read reviews first. Do not order from this company.

They sent me the wrong blanket and I’ve tried since before Christmas to reach the company.. I sent the blanket by certified mail and I insured it like the website says but it came back to me with insufficient address.. this company needs to be shut down, if it’s even a company !! Do not order from azcozy.... they will rip you off!!

Don't order from this company! I ordered a blanket Dec. 7..cancelled order on Dec.8th. They said they cancelled my order and refunded my money. No refund came and now they won't answer my emails. I paid with PayPal and opened a dispute case. I sent information to PayPal and they didn't rule in my favor!! Usually Paypal is good about getting your money back! I didn't get the blanket and lost $52!! I wish I would have seen this site earlier!

THERE IS NO STAR!!! This company is BAD. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The product is coming from CHINA they do not tell you that. Sent me a message too that the blanket was on its way and it just showed up here a couple of day ago I ordered it in Dec. The blanket is not good quality it’s oily and has a machine oil small to it. It came in two shipments ( I haven’t even opened the second one). tried to stop the shipment on the second but obviously I couldn’t cuz it was coming from China. Company hard to deal with. Hopefully Pay pal will help.

Please read this very carefully! It's important if you want to get your money back. It was a lot of trouble and a lot of research but it finally paid off!

Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews until after I already purchased the product. I've been fighting this since December 28th. It was absolutely ridiculous what I had to go through. Waiting on hold a total of a few hours. Demanding to speak to supervisors at PayPal and not taking no for an answer. You have to be persistent if you want to get results. I finally was able to get my money back because I purchase through PayPal.

They send their packages through DHL and I've been calling them weekly to follow the tracking. It comes from China and then it sits in customs in the United States you have to track it the entire way this takes a lot of time an effort to see where it is going. After it sits in customs for at least a week then for me it went to Compton for a couple of days and then finally out for delivery. I've also been calling USPS to track it as well inform them of the scam and that I was planning to refuse delivery and they were very helpful. Yesterday the mailman finally delivered my package. I waited at home until it was delivered and then chased the mailman down and refused delivery.

Once I refused delivery I contacted PayPal and they finally refunded my money I've been trying to get this back since December 28th.

I've also reported this to the authorities and PayPal has blocked them from doing any transactions. They have been suspended and can no longer do business with them. It makes me sick that they take advantage have everyone and I hope karma kicks in and they get what they deserve!

Update: I have an open claim with PayPal, with the US Post office as well this company is a total scam I hope people are smart enough to read the reviews before they learn the hard way and trust what they see on the website and order. the website is fake they've stolen all of the pictures and use them for their own and every review on their website is fake. The last time I checked they pulled their website and said it was under maintenance. BS they know people are catching on to them and they're working up a plan to catch their next victim! people like this make me sick and I don't know how they're able to sleep at night knowing that all they do are taking advantage of everybody ripping them off and stealing their money! I totally believe in karma and I hope one day they get exactly what they deserve!

Yeah I really wish I would have seen this site before I ordered from azcozy. I got caught up with all of the after Christmas sales and didn't research company first before I ordered... I read nothing but negative reviews online. Thank goodness someone mentioned about PayPal I contacted them this morning and starting the claim to get my money back. I also contacted DHL which is who they use since it comes from China and they are going to send me a text message when the package is delivered to US mail so I can refuse the delivery... If you have not received your item yet I suggest that you contact DHL and have them notify you so you can refused the delivery or you're going to be stuck with mailing it back to China

If I could give them a negative score I would comforter was just a sheet and now you can't even get ahold of them. Don't order from them terrible product.

This company steals copywrite protected images and sells those images as rugs/mats and quilts. They are thieves exploiting the work of others without permission or compensation

Expensive lesson! Product I received was so chintzy I will probably use it as a painting drop cloth.
Do not be fooled by the pictures they advertise.

They are just scammers bate and switch - you order from a picture and receive just a piece of trash - DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!
You cant return an item cause it is twice what the item cost.

I too have received a blanket that I ordered in November. Finally got it 4 days before Christmas. I paid $69.95 and it was garbage. It was not what I ordered and definitely not worth that amount. You would get better quality in the $9.99 bin from Walmart.I emailed them and requested a refund and they asked for pictures. I tried to send pictures but the email was full. I still have not received a refund and needless to say I had to get a different Christmas present for the recipient. Worst online order and product I have ever received. Save your money!!!!!!

Horrible- I ordered queen bedding it doesn't even fully cover the bed!!! I also cant contact the company!!! Shady!!! Dont use them!! I try to email them and it bounces back saying e-mail full!!!!

Worst on line transaction i have ever had. Wont give me a refund and the product is trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent $69.90 on a product i can not use and that is grossly different than what i ordered.

I received a generic email January 6 telling me that my order had been shipped and it takes 30-ish hours. Here it is a week and a half later and STILL nothing...email, product, etc. It didn't help emailing because the inbox is full and has been for 4 days. I live chatted with someone in customer service but they wanted to charge me $5 to talk to a lawyer....ugg. I wish I had researched this company a little better. They didn't hesitate to take my money!

Received the blurriest most indistinctable image for my bedding, made from the cheapest material. Its so bad, even the charity shop wont be able to sell it for $2! From what I've read theres no point in even trying to contact them, they know they are selling crap and dont care. Think I'm finally put off ever trusting and buying anything online ever again.

I now know what it feels like to get ripped off from a company!! Ordered a flower rug that said it was “hand stitched and made with love” but it was actually a piece of foam with a blotchy quality design printed on it. How is this allowed??? My bf and I are laughing at this point at how bad it is. Lesson learned, thanks Azcozy for that.

Mission Style rug not really a rug. Its is a cheep piece of foam with a printed backing. The 4' x 6' rug weighs less the 2 lbs. This is not a rug it is a best a cheep mat.

I am always so careful to not fall for anything sold on FB. Unless I do an extensive search on a company and find something to back up their claims and great product & service then I don't even risk it. It is hard to believe that Azcozy can have that many reviews but then again, maybe they just add them in because consumers are not able to leave reviews. By the way, when I reached out to them my email bounced back because their emails if FULL. I should have sent the trash back but I probably would have spent money to ship back and never receive a refund.

If I could rate lower I would. Not at all as advertised. Very cheap quality. Picture shown looked beautifully quilted, product received not quilted, just fabric with a print. It stunk to high heaven when received like a fishy smell. I cleaned the blanket and donated it to the dog shelter. What a waste of money.
