I wish I could put a negative 0! After I ordered this (what I thought was a comforter), (it ended up being a sheet basically), I just got it today, it was ordered dec 9th, I have cancelled it 3 times. After I ordered it I felt uneasy and tried to look up my account, I couldn’t find it. I then emailed the company, the “president”, of the company emailed me back, quickly, but never answered my question about my account. I then read the reviews in horror! I made a dispute with my credit card company. The money has been credited, but it isn’t finalized. The picture showed the Narwahl bedspread, I had ordered one previously that came with decorative pillows from another company. But I needed just the bedspread for the trundle bed. So I saw the one on Acozy and thought that’s perfect. It’s almost $20 cheaper. I opened this package up today I couldn’t figure out what it was! There is hardly any color in the pattern, again it is so thin. I paid $59 for a twin size whatever it is! I went back and read the description and it is now calling it a bedspread cover! What is that, it didn’t say that before! Of course I can’t prove it because I don’t have an account! Tami Miozzi

Ordered what looked like a quality Quilt. Paid $97 for it. What came was NOT what I'd ordered but thin material machine quilted together. They are offering 50% discount now on same quilt but offered me 30% and a discount on next order if I'd keep it. It's a HUGE rip. All e-mail sites come back. I think they closed them down hoping no one could actually get ahold. I'm going through PayPal to get refund.

I read others reviews, it happened yo me as well, very nice looking products..i was very excited to receive my comforter, and it was NOTHING like the picture, just as thin as a sheet and in out 90.00 dollars, there isn't any way to contact them...dont trust them..i will tell everyone I know

I wish I had done my research and read these reviews. I just received the rug that I ordered. I spent $80.00 for a thin piece of foam. Even the quality of the foam is crappy. If I had seen this rug in a store, I wouldn't have paid more than $15 for it. The pictures of the products look so cute. The actual product, not at all! If this rug lasts 6 months, I'll be surprised.

I purchased a quilt I saw advertised on facebook. The package arrived and it could not have contained more than a thin sheet. I returned it immediately and complained to Paypal. What a big mistake. Paypal denied my claim with no explanation. I trusted that if I used Paypal, then they would not be supporting a fraudulent company as this is. BEWARE they advertise under different names on Facebook. They cannot be reached by email as they claim. TOTAL SCAM!!! I am out over a hundred dollars with nothing to show for it. I can't believe that Facebook does not recognize Azcozy as a fraud, as they still allow it to advertise. Never believe anything you see advertised on Facebook or think that Paypal will have your back.

Unfortunately I fell victim to believing this company was family owned in Arizona. They never said they were in China until I tried to make a return and discovered it would cost more to return than it was to buy. Very misleading and terrible customer service. Beware is right. They are on face book.

Not only is this Company fraudulent. It STEALS photos of quilts made by other and uses them on their website. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!

This blog will show you the person who MADE and OWNS all rights to the quilt. I will be contacting her and letting her know that her Images were stolen and are being used in a fraudulent way.

BUYER BEWARE! I can't believe I fell victim to this because I typically research everything! I didn't with this company which was a HUGE mistake! I thought they were a Texas company but little did I know that the "pure crap" that was sent to me came from China. I thought I ordered a panda bear comforter for my grand daughter for Christmas. I was sent something resembling 2 thin sheets poorly sewn together with frayed edges. You can also see large black letters on the inside (it's that see through). Another interesting point is that when I try to search for this item on their website I can't find it. I sure see it on Amazon though and AMAZON should ban this company from their site! After reading the other equally bad reviews just now, I had to leave my experience too. I won't be attempting to get a refund due to the cost and futile attempts others have made. This sham of a company needs to be shut down!!!

DO NOT buy from this website. This is pure ripoff. Bad quality, low resolution, cheap material and when you contact customer service it's a joke. It's been weeks and nothing has been resolved. They basically take your money and run. Don't buy from here. False advertisement!

Do not buy. Absolute rubbish quality. No chance of getting hold of customer services. No chance of refund.

These quilts are so cheaply made :( I'm trying to get a refund and I keep getting my emails returned saying their BOX is full. DO NOT BUY !

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!! I ordered a holiday Golden Retriever Santa door mat on Dec 3 as a gift. It finally arrived on Dec 30 by way of China. It was a cheap knock off of the photo. I tried emailing customer service on 12/21 and never received a reply. There is no phone number to call either. So I paid $60 for what I thought was a wool mat. It was cheap felt! I was mortified when the recipient sent me a photo. So I ordered a replacement from Plow & Hearth, which is where I should have ordered from in the first place I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

This is a letter I sent to the company and PAYPAL. They demand you send the item to China, when their office is in Houston, Texas. The manufacturing plant is in Hong Kong.

I need a shipping label to return the item that you sent to me that is not what I ordered. This is fraud.

To return the item to Hong Kong (China) they want 50.00. That is over 1/2 of the cost of the cotton quilt I ordered. You sent me a polyester/rayon copy of a print on a piece of fabric that has sewing/stitches that is actually two sheets sewn together.

You know that you sent me the wrong item. You know because the pictures are clear that I sent to PAYPAL-

Scammed like everyone else. They have a well designed website and prices to entice. What you actually get is a "photograph" of a real pattern printed onto a thin piece of fabric. The fabric is barely even stitched together. I wouldn't even use it to line the bottom of a dog crate. Still trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

As others have mentioned, I made the mistake of not researching this company and/or checking reviews before making my purchases. As they say, "If it seems to good to be true it probably is" and the rugs looked nice in the ads and the prices seemed terrific. When it took awhile for my products to arrive I got suspicious and then found all of the bad reviews, including some scary ones about this company looking to steal financial information from customers. I tried to stop the sale by contacting Azcozy first by e-mail... I was told they would need to check their refund policy and get back to me. And then I contacted them through Paypal and their response was that the rugs were already on their way and they couldn't stop the sale. Once I received the rugs I saw the poor quality of the material and the images on the rugs: the small rug was light as a feather and was more like a placemat and the large rug had deep creases and malformities/bumps to the point it seems like a tripping hazard if I try to use it in an office. I went through Paypal's resolution center and wanted to return the rugs for a refund. The company offered only a partial refund through the resolution center and I denied it (because I really didn't want the items at all anymore), but then because the items were close enough to "as described" by the company online Paypal wouldn't help further. I asked the company again for their return/refund policy by e-mail and I received no response. Now I continue to get sale offers via e-mail and I want nothing to do with this company. Products are cheap and ship from China and I can't believe this company is able to function and get away with this! I feel cheated and taken advantage of, and I'm also disappointed in Paypal's ineffective response to this complaint.

I’m so mad I didn’t research this company ahead of time. I just finally received my order from a month ago. It was a christmas gift for my sister so I wasn’t thrilled it was late. Then the package looked extremely small for what I ordered. When I opened it, I realized it was because the $70 sherpa blanket I ordered for her was NOT sherpa. It was thin and not at all soft like sherpa. If my sister didn’t like it so much, I would 100% return it because it wasn’t worth $70. It’s worth more like $10-20. But now that I think about it, I probably wouldn’t be able to return it because they don’t answer their emails. I sent dozens of emails with no answer. Like someone else said, they make you think it’s being made in America and its going through all of these steps to make sure it’s perfect, when really, is cheap crap from China. That’s why it takes so long, not because they are making sure it’s quality.

I purchased two rugs and received some darling emails from a man, Brayden Rogers, the alleged founder of AZcozy.com, claiming that they were being produced in the United States and the utmost care was being taken to ensure the best quality product possible. That was all a sham. They both shipped from China and came as incredibly cheap digital printed fabric glued to an incredibly thin piece of foam batting with felt dots to “keep them in place“. Shipping from China to Michigan, encountering freezing temperatures in transit, caused the adhesive that was holding the fabric to the batting to disintegrate and now I have many pieces of a pair of crap rugs. Less than dollar store quality product and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT. I’m out $159.90. Incredibly angry dissatisfied customer! Do not buy from this company!

Order blanket for my Son , As a Christmas gift it’s been a month Still haven’t receive my order , no one responds to your email or gave me an update as to what happen to the order . If you running a company you should know how to make your orders on a timely matter , Sorry I make such a bad judgement should have done more researched and check out the reviews
