Late day deliveries...
You keep promising specific day delivery and then don't make it. It would be better to make more realistic delivery dates and MAKE them.

Garden furniture rusts within two weeks
I bought this garden bistro set and within two weeks it started rusting. I contacted customer service and all they offered to do was give me some money for more screws when my consumer rights require them to offer a full refund for something not fit for purpose

Satisfied customer
Really quick delivery and communication. The table and chairs are good quality and were straightforward to put together. They look a lot more expensive than they cost. Looking forward to getting lots of use out of them

Parasol cover
Great cover but unless you are very tall it’s difficult to hook over a parasol. Previous products that I have bought have a bar attached to enable the cover to be lifted over the top

Great product
Great product! Purchased it to use as a dog carriage. Our Staffie is 16 and goes for a walk but needs a lift back. It’s sturdy, easy to manoeuvre, has good breaks. Just the job!
