Unfortunately 1 of the stall was dented and split. I emailed the company and had a reply straight away.
There is a replacement on it's way.
So quite happy with communication.

Ordered online and it’s as good as it looked. Well made, comfortable chairs and sturdy table. A couple of minor marks on the arms of a chair. Feel the parasol needed a base but luckily I have one.

This furniture is so very good. There are slight imperfections but we were warned about them anyway. Delivery was within 3 days as promised n we are really pleased with it.

First class service and delivered the next day as promised.

Excellent service and after sales. A screw was missing from the order which was a garden bench. I contacted Azuma by email and got a response straight away and the missing item was sent in the post immediately. I was then able to complete the assembly of my garden bench which looks lovely. I ordered my new garden furniture and it was delivered the next morning I couldn't believe it. I was delighted with the quality and the high spec. My husband said it was easily assembled. I will definitely be using Azuma again.

I bought a grey rattan 2-seater seat that can be used in the garden or even indoors.
It came with a grey fabric seating pad.
It arrived within just a few of ordering and was easy to assemble (it comes flat packed in 5 pieces).
We love it. Looks good (I’ve added a few extra cushions to make it even more
comfy).
We had guests staying and needed extra temporary seating for the lounge and it’ll be moved into the garden soon, once they’ve left us.

Nice little table and chairs. Bit hard to put up, had to get help. But looks nice.

Product as described looks beautiful in my garden…ordered back in March with delivery end May…arrived a week after that but not unexpected with COVID delays…very pleased would definitely use Azuma again….🙂

DPD did not deliver to my home address but to a drop off shop I waited all day and all week 😩
This was not exceptable as I am a pensioner who does not drive I then had to get a friend to pick it up for me 2 weeks later

First order was damaged but was very promptly replaced, very happy with the sun lounger, great quality.
