The bottle arrived damaged, quished in the post. The packaging was totally damaged, but a replacement was sent out immediately. Very prompt and efficient customer services.

Bought a padded sun lounger and unfortunately it was rock hard, not comfortable at all. Really disappointed. I has to return it but then found out that it would cost £10 to return the sun bed. Sadly, it wasn’t worth keeping, it felt like lying on a rock. Beware buying this product.

Resposta da Azuma Outdoor
Good morning and thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I am disappointed that you were unhappy with your product and understand that each customer will experience the product differently. We have never had feedback on the sunlounger being rock hard and will investigate this. I understand your frustration at having to pay to return the product and would be happy to meet you halfway and refund £5 of the cost to you as a gesture of goodwill.
Again I am sorry you have not had the experience we aim to give all our customers, and we hope to see you revisit us in the future.
Team Azuma.

Quick response, rapid delivery and good quality product. We are very pleased with the three seater bench and two seater with centre table. They were easy to assemble, lightweight and comfortable to sit on . We oiled the parts before assembly, so the joints have extra protection and expect many years use. Nice honey colour.
