After to pay, they sent me a message to say that Instead of a set of wheels and screws for the crib, they only sent the wheels. Otherwise, I had to pay extra for the screws… very unprofessional…

Beware! I got scammed. Placed an order 17/11 for a baby item advertised "in stock" and paid £7.95 for next day delivery. Item was never sent, on the first email response weeks later the staff offered no apologies - and then later disappeared. I've contacted them multiple times since and they don't reply or seem to exist. My money was taken.

Staff very knowledgable and passionate. Helped pick the right colour of furniture for a high chair to match kitchen. Always happy buying here and also go out got and draw set, which delivered with great service.

I have alwaya purchased my sons stuff from furniture to prams from Bababoom. Each time i needed to upgrade his car seat i have also visited bababoom who have always been so helpful at explaining the product and giving a demo. They also price match and you would never pay more to them and also get an amazing customer service which we havent experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend them.
