Order paid for, order confirmation received and a day later received an email to say that the order is cancelled due to the promotion code used not being honoured.

Highly unprofessional and a real disappointed after taking time to browse the website before finally choosing an item and paying for it.

Will never use this company again, customers do not come first - beware.

The only little bug bear I had is that they sent the free gift separately and I wasn’t contacted to say that they wouldn’t be delivered together. And the free item sat in the collection address for so long, it almost got sent back!

I purchased a cybex car seat but wasn’t available as it stated on the website that there was but Baby Nest did promptly send me an e:mail stating that they’ll find one and was found very quickly to be honest so would have give a 5 star if all went smooth.
