Do not buy from the direct Babymoov site. I feel like Claire has ghosted me. John Lewis would never do this!!
Poor quality merchandise. They use really cheap plastic.
Customer service is terrible. They appear to only have on person to deal with customer service.

I decided I didn’t want the item I purchased on the same day it was delivered. I packaged it up and requested a return, I had no response therefore I chased, still no response, I have continued to chase for over 2 weeks now to no avail.
UK long distance selling rules state I am entitled to a refund - I will be contacting trading standards if this does not get resolved.

Très bonne qualité
Vraiment contente avec mon Nutribaby, je l’utilise plusieurs fois par semaine il me fait gagner un temps précieux en cuisine, je ne peux plus m’en passer ! Claire du service après-vente est extraordinaire, rapide et efficace, top du top.
Je recommande à 100% la marque.

Sav vraiment déplorable GARANTIE A VIE INEXISTANTE
Sav vraiment déplorable. J'ai un chargeur de visiophone qui n'a même pas 1an, avec une GARANTIE A VIE et celui ci fonctionne 1 fois sur 2. Il y a du jeu dans la prise... Demande de sav faite avec vidéo a l'appui, tenez vous bien.... On me dit que la multiprise n'était pas allumée... Ai je du temps à perdre pour un chargeur ???? Je ne crois pas... A fuir .... GARANTIE A VIE INEXISTANTE malgré les preuves. Publicité mensongère simplement...

Great Brand
I've bought a few items for my son from these guys - their products are really innovative & great quality, and their customer service is faultless. I'd definitely recommend seeing what they have to offer - they cover loads of categories for your little one, and the design is really nice too.

Scammers!!!
Do not buy from them!!! 3weeks ago they've took my money and sent half empty box. They are still "investigating" and every day I hear promises to sort this out but I don't believe in them. They will not return my money back. Scammers!! Paid nearly 150£ for multicooker and received damaged box with missing item.
Please stay away from this company!!!

Babymoov touch screen :Garantie à vie sauf si on oublie de s enregistrer, de toutes façons même pas 2 ans et déjà remplacé 2 fois, une fois ne chargeait plus sur secteur et sonnerie d alerte très énervante, échange et après quelques mois ne capte plus à 2m??? On attend le troisième !!! Point positif pouvoir voir son enfant c est top dommage pour la qualité de l appareil , peut être voir Avent ou motorola
