AWFUL return policy for International customers and terrible service

AWFUL return policy for International customers. Like why is it SO easy for me to order from other AUS companies and process a return where they generate a return label? I wanted to return 3 of the items out of my $1,200 USD Order and and was going to be charged over $300 to ship it back to Australia. Like... If you care about your customers you would make it easier for them to shop with you like EVERY other international retailer. Also their customer service is so slow and lacking... really too bad, like their product, would have been a great loyal customer.

Frustrating international exchange process

I’ve been a loyal customer, spending over $1,000 AUD since December 2025, and usually love their clothes. I recently bought the Frequent Denim Shirt in Ecru and needed a different size, but they don’t do exchanges to New Zealand. To get the right size, I would have had to pay $75 in shipping ($25 original + $25 return + $25 new order), and my follow-ups went unanswered. The clothes are great, but the costly, confusing exchange process and unresponsive service have really put me off making future orders, even though I still have items sitting in my cart.

I wrote a bad review initially - it looked from their website as if prices were being hiked up during a sale.

I went back and forth with their customer service team and eventually, with video evidence from me, they figured out an issue with the AUD/NZD conversion.

They agreed to refund me what the difference would have been, had the glitch not happened which was approximately $50NZD.

I was satisfied with the customer service on that front - they were quick, responsive, and it was revolved.

As for the clothes, they arrived really quickly. I bought 5 items and was really happy with 4/5. A top I bought was sized really strangely - I can't return it as international orders only qualify for returns (not exchanges) and only qualify if full priced (this was on a Black Friday sale).

I also think for the price point, you should be able to return/exchange anything which is not final sale. This seems kind of unreasonable when other maternity brands allow it.

Overall, nice enough clothes and I would buy there again. I would consider the sizing properly though, and think about the returns which are tricky.

The quality of the products are not…

The quality of the products are not worth the price.
I also reached out to their customer service to exchange for a size because the item was too large but they never replied. It's been over a week, I've sent 2 emails. Forget about exchange or returns. This company won't care

Price does not match quality

Price does not match quality. I usually pay $119 for a good pair of denim so paying $129 + $20 shipping isn’t too far a stretch- expect the denim I usually buy is real denim and this is not. What are we paying for? The elastic? Not true to size and quality is cheap and unappealing.
