Awful company. Order placed 16th Dec 2025, money taken, nothing received. Endless unhelpful email conversations with so called support team. In the end I eventually asked for a refund but they refuse to grant that and still I have not received my order. Do not shop here!

Worst worst worst. I have never seen such incompetent team. I ordered my products on 4 jan now its 1.5 months I received only one product but the website shows all products are delivered. Customer Care is irresponsible they are saying they can't cancel the rest but they also don't have the product in stock. When do I wear the maternity leggings? After my delivery. This is absolutely irresponsible business. They let you order a out of stock products and don't ship unless you consistently email them to cancel. That to half the order.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The quality of the products are awful, cheap and no where near the size recommendation on the website. The response from the team is non existent and with no reply or maybe 2 weeks after. No refund offered, just a store credit which I will never use. Disgusting company ripping off pregnant women with false advertising.

Please do not buy from Emamaco, the sizing and cut is absolutely terrible and they will not do refunds.

Worst company ever!! Stay away! I am never usually one to write a review but after placing an order on 26th September for 3 pairs of pregnancy recovery tights I still hadn’t received my parcel by December 1st!!! By then I was 4 months postpartum so didn’t need the tights anyway. They were honestly horrible to deal with and the tights were crappy material that I could have ordered off SHEIN. I will be sticking to LSKD as their tights quality is hands down the best. 0 stars for Emamaco. Hope they shut down so no one else gets scammed

I placed an order on the 7th of September and am still waiting for over half of it, despite being told twice now that its been re-sent. They refuse to give me a refund and will only offer for the items to be re-sent (even though one of the items supposedly keeps selling out) or a store credit. I will never be shopping with this company again!!!!

My wife bought the recovery shorts from Emamaco 15 October 2025. The website clearly states 1-5 days for processing and 1-10 days for delivery - a maximum total of 15 days (just over 2 weeks). It took 6 weeks to revieve the product, which was 3 weeks after my wife's surgery. We reached out to Emamaco on a weekly basis as we hadn't received any order status update or shipping confirmation/details.
After a few ignored emails, they eventually responded to say it would still be weeks before the item was shipped and it would be shipped from an international warehouse. This extensive delay was never communicated in the sales process - we had no idea it was on back order and wasn't in stock and would take ~3x the processing and delivery times stated on the website. 4 weeks after ordering, the surgery had already happened and the product still hadn't even left the offshore warehouse. When we finally received the garment, it was wildly smaller than other products purchased recently from Emamaco of the exact same size - they were entirely unusable. They were also received three weeks after the surgery, by which point much of the recovery had already occured. Emamaco refused to provide a replacement in a different size and refused to provide a refund. The only options were to (1) keep the unusable product (incorrect sizing) that arrived way too late (well into the recovery period) and was deceptively sold to us (with no mention of the stock issues and delays), and with absolutely no financial compensation for the cost of the product or shipping, or (2) we were to pay for shipping the product (again) back to Emamaco for them to then eventually process a store credit for us to then pay even more to repurchase the same product in another size (product was bought on sale so would cost more) and pay for a third lot of shipping, to then (eventually - maybe another 6 weeks later?) receive the product, by which stage it would be entirely redundant as it would be over 3 months since the original purchase and well past the period required for recovery. We were left without a recovery garment after major surgery. We lost the money we spent on the product and shipping. And to add insult to injury, our only alternative is to spend even more money for something we now don't need due to Emamaco's deception. It's deceptive, heartless, cruel, and bordering on predatory.

I ordered the Recovery Pregnancy Leggings one week postpartum to assist with muscle separation. I placed my order on 10th October, but I received no shipping updates or tracking number for 7 weeks, despite sending multiple emails with no response. The product was finally shipped and arrived 8 weeks after ordering.

By the time it arrived, I was 9 weeks postpartum and no longer needed the product. I requested a refund, but was told it was not possible according to their “terms.” Waiting two months for a product to be shipped with no updates is not reasonable under Australian Consumer Law, and I would have cancelled the order if I had been informed.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor communication, unreasonable shipping times, and refusal to provide a refund make this a company I cannot recommend. Do not order from them.

This is the worst brand EVER I placed an order with them 2 months ago still have not received nothing not even a confirmation email. I’ve emailed them multiple times and out of the 10 emails I have sent in regards to my order they have only responded to 2 emails advising that they are not going to refund the order as it will be an extra 2 weeks for delivery. They have no advised on the website that there is a delay nor told any customers of this issue. This is the most rudest customer service I’ve ever come across. 2 months later and still in the process of contact due to them not replying to anything. I ordered them for me once I gave birth and my child is now 2 months old and I’m being refused a refund.

I ordered maternity tights from Emamaco on 27 September 2025 and as of 15 November 2025 they still have not been shipped. I have emailed several times asking for order tracking and requesting a refund as their website states they ship to Australia within 2-10 days, but each response is clearly written by AI and they will not grant a refund as ‘the order has already been processed’, however they cannot prove the item has been shipped or even processed. I bought from an instagram ad and have reported them via social media. This is clearly a scam and I don’t want anyone else to lose their money.

Do not order from this company. I’ve ordered from them previously and had no issues, but this time it’s been 5 weeks with no dispatch. Emails aren’t being responded to. Unsure of the products will arrive at all at this point.

It's been a month, no products still. I was told another 1-2 weeks after sending multiple emails. I'm pretty sure shipping from an international warehouse, negates calling yourself an Australian company. There was also a delay on my last order, will never buy again!!!

Total scam. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received any dispatch notification, update, or response to multiple emails. There was no mention of delays on their website, social media, or order confirmation at the time of purchase.

After I contacted them asking for a refund, they ignored all communication and then updated their shipping policy after the fact, clearly trying to justify ongoing delays after mentioning ACCC.

They also delete comments on social media from customers asking about missing orders, which shows there are many people experiencing the same issue. This behaviour is deceptive and unacceptable.

I’ve now had to dispute the transaction with my bank and thankfully recovered my money. Be very cautious this company should be avoided.

Don’t even want to give one star! Haven’t received my order after 3 months, keep getting told it’s been shipped from international warehouse. I have asked for a refund! They’re scammers!

Bought two maternity crops from them, one came with a broken strap, the other is a terrible fit. Cup size is too small and band size is far too big. Straps and band cannot be adjusted.

Disappointing experience postpartum. Small, tight, poor customer service. Not worth your money.

Avoid this company. Placed an order, heard nothing, no confirmation, no order status update. I messaged twice with no response. I decided to cancel my order and claim a refund via PayPal. They finally responded to tell me they don't accept cancellations, even though my order hadn't even been picked yet. They then quickly picked and posted my order and told PayPal they'd sent it so I couldn't get a refund. They're dirty, cheating stinkers. Don't buy from them.

Placed an order of in stock items at the start of the month and didn’t get shipping details. I enquired and they stated items were purchased as pre-order. However nowhere on the website or invoice did it state this.

They then claimed delays. I asked for a refund and they ignored my request. They then sent a partial order (even though they said they couldn’t do this weeks before).

I asked for a return label and for them to refund the remaining order. Both ignored.

I went through PayPal to get a refund on the items not sent. Did awaiting a return label for the items sent after a refund was requested due to their false advertisement. They are refusing and I have sent this information to consumer affairs.

Their sales tactics and customer service are really unethical. Their communication is basically non existent and they refuse to issue refunds under any circumstances. Be very wary! I bought tights for summer, waiter over a month for an update and got none. I emailed them only to be told I’d have to wait 2 months as they were on back order. If I had known they’d arrive in winter I would never have purchased them! I ask to cancel and request a refund, they tell me I’ve changed my mind which I most definitely didn’t! They then decide to just send the product to me and stop responding to any of my emails. I sent them back and only after asking for my money back did they respond saying they strictly adhere to their no refund policy for sale items. Now I’m stuck with a useless credit note that I will never use because I’m so disgusted by this company. Pregnancy is a time limited thing and these guys believe they can approach their customers as though their products are not time limited.
