Por mi parte desde el día 1 me pudieron ayudar con el problema que tuve, fueron muy atentos, a los correos que enviaba siempre me contestaron de inmediato y me dieron una solución donde yo como usuaria quede satisfecha.

I didnt sign up for the subscription it just showed up on my account. I dont know if it is linked through another site or what but I wouldnt buy a bag online.

This place is a complete scam. Stay away from them. Monthly subscription. You dont even have to sign up for. They get info from somewhere else , sign you up, then when you cancel the cancelation doesn't go in to effect until after your next payment date. SCAM

I was charged for a membership that I never signed up for. Even after reaching out to support directly and being told everything was canceled, the $65 was still taken out of my account.
