Commande en ligne, ils nous donnent le dessus de vanité trop petit. Notre commande indique vanité de 40" et dessus de vanité avec lavabo de 40".
Lorsqu’on les téléphone, ils disent qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et de se référer au service client.
Or, le service à la clientèle est très médiocre.

I ordered a bathtub c/w overflow drain from Bath Depot. The order was sent to a store which is 150 km from my small city. When I went to pick it up, the sales person removed the drain kit from the order assuring me that it was the wrong one. I resisted a little but let it go when he said it would be shipped to my home. I waited and waited but no kit and no response to several messages. I eventually installed the tub with an ABS overflow. Now, months later, I am still trying to get a refund but they want to send another kit (the same one) to the store 150 km away from me. They obviously don't read or even answer their emails. I found the only way to get a response is to send a message to their online product inquiry page.

Purchased a shower kit and although it does not look bad, the doors dont fit the gap advertised.
Dont even bother trying to contact customer service,
3 times by phone it never gets answered - the chat as soon as they realise its not a sale, no response!

My master onsuite bathroom was redone by a contractor last year, who order from Bath Depot on Merivale Road in Ottawa. I reported a problem with my toilet/bidet system a month ago and still no action has been taken. They keep telling me that the head office has not yet given them a code to reorder a part. This is an expensive piece which is still under warantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you're prepared to wait forever. Horrible customer service!!

I am absolutely furious. I ordered a bathtub for 'Store Pickup,' only to find out from support that this store location does not even exist yet! Why is it listed as open on your website?!
To fix YOUR mistake, support promised to ship it to another branch. I was told it was shipped. I even received an email confirming it. But now, at the end of the week, I get a notification that it’s delayed by another week!
We are in the middle of a renovation with small children and have been left without a bathtub and without any honest explanation. We are stuck in chaos because of your misleading website and broken promises.

Terrible customer service. The vanity I ordered arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would ship the replacement parts and that they should arrive in 10-15 business days.

I followed up after 15 business days and was told that they weren't sure they had the parts in stock.

All this time I was waiting assuming they had already shipped them, and now I find out that they don't have the parts and they claim there is nothing left for them to do. Absolutely useless.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Misleading Information
I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Calgary Bath Depot. They failed to communicate any updates regarding delays and consistently provided misleading information. I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic answers. Transparency and timely communication are essential, especially when customers are relying on delivery timelines for renovations. Unfortunately, Bath Depot fell far short of expectations.

I will get right to the point - purchased a bathroom vanity on Oct. 18/25 from Bath Depot, after unpacking the fully assemble cabinet I noticed the drawers on the left side were crooked and rubbing on the frame. Went back to Bath Depot told them the problem and showed them the pics. Bottom line they are ordering a new unit to replace the first one. At my expense I have to get the first vanity back to the store and pick up the 2nd one. I might add that the staff were friendly and helpful, this is not their fault, the product is sold in a box. It's the Mfg who failed to do a quality check on the product before shipping, this is where Bath Depot comes in, they should make sure their supplier has a quality plan in place as to prevent this sort of thing. I might add the drawers do not have adjustments to correct this sort of problem, I suspect the from panel was applied crooked, or the screw holes were drill off centre. For me I could not install the vanity on time and now have to wait another week for a replacement. For all the inconvenience caused me I would think Bath Depot to deliver the replacement vanity and take away the first one.

When you enter the store and you feel that you are really welcome,that's what every customer wants. Thats what I experienced when I entered Bhat Depot Ajax On store. I went in to look some things for my new bathroom.Two smalling faces wished me welcom Mr.Ross Smillie and Miss Aly.These people have so much positive energy,kindness that I didn't think of going to shop in another store.I reserved everything I need.I went home with very nice filing,people like Mr.Ross and Miss.Aly. we need in Canada much more. In a few days I went back to order my parts, this time there was Ms Owen in the store and he behaved the same as Mr.Ross and Miss Aly,so it is no coincidence that everyone would works is very kind. I recommend everyone to go to Bath Depot because they really have quality items and very professional stuff. Thank you once again to Bhat Depot Ajax On. staff.You are wonderful.

Items de piètre qualité, armoire à linge déjà abîmée à sa sortie de la boîte et l'évier allant sur vanité n'est pas d'équerre.
Évidemment, conformément à leur politique, les défauts doivent être signalés dans un délai de 72 heures suivant la réception. Malheureusement pour moi le délai était expiré lorsque j'ai ouvert les boîtes, Donc ils s'en lavent les mains.

Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

Ship broken and damaged items and won't replace or repair them.

Je ne conseille vraiment pas d'acheter chez Bain Dépôt.
Nous avons commandé un ensemble de douche, c'était notre premier achat.
Notre salle de bain n'était pas terminée, nous avons donc stocké notre ensemble de douche une fois reçu dans notre garage pour éviter de briser les vitres.
Dès qu'on avait terminé, nous avons commencé à installer la douche avec les portes. Nous n'avions pas déballé le tout avant car tout était très bien rangé, il y avait beaucoup de choses, et nous n'avions pas la place.

Nous nous sommes rendus compte de 3 impacts sur notre porte coulissante. Certes, les 72h étaient passées et nous l'avons découvert après mais c'était pour éviter de casser des vitres inutilement.

Nous avons donc demandé un remplacement au service client. On nous a dit, il faut 48h pour avoir une réponse, il faut envoyer des photos au préalable etc.
Chose faite. Ensuite, on nous dit que ce n'est pas couvert, qu'on va envoyer un billet à un magasin pour nous dire combien ça coûte d'en racheter une.
En racheter une alors que nous n'avons rien brisé ?! Une honte.
Ensuite on nous dit, ça peut prendre 5 à 10j ouvrables, mais seulement si elle est disponible (on se moque du monde ?).

Le service à la clientèle n'a rien voulu savoir. Nous n'avons rien brisé, nous avons pris toutes les précautions qu'il fallait, et ensuite il faudrait encore que l'on repaie pour une porte que nous n'avons pas endommagé.

Je déconseille FORTEMENT tout achat chez Bain Dépôt. C'est la première et dernière fois que nous commandons ici.

I paid extra for rural delivery. Three weeks after estimated delivery time and after multiple attempts to find out where my shipment was, I was informed the best they could do is deliver to location 2 hours away. I cancelled the order. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for a refund

Les produits, à date, semblent bien. Mais le service de livraison est trompeur: leur politique mentionne qu'en région rurale, ils ne livrent pas plus loin que la première pièce sèche. On pourrait donc croire qu'en zone urbaine, ils le font, mais non! Ceci est trompeur: pour Bain Dépôt, le terme "rural" implique apparemment aussi les zones urbaines, mais ils ne le mentionnent aucunement. Oui oui: Bain Dépôt prétend que lez zones urbaines sont incluses dans les zones rurales. Ottawa, Calgary et Terrebonne sont considérés comme des zones "rurales" selon leur service à la clientèle. Évidemment, ils ne le mentionnent nulle part et se déresponsabilisent de leurs directives trompeuses, même si un enfant de 9 ans peut faire la distinction entre rural et urbain. J'ai aussi eu droit à une séance de "gaslighting" du service à la clientèle, qui a d'abord affirmé que je n'avais pas bien lu leurs politiques (je les ai bien lues, mais elles sont confuses), puis, sans se rétracter, a précisé que dans le fond, c'est que les zones urbaines sont incluses dans les zones rurales selon leurs politiques (ce qui est incohérent, au minimum, en plus de ne pas être mentionné sur leur site), puis m'a dit que nulle part ils n'ont écrit qu'ils ne livraient à l'étage (qu'importe la zone), donc que je n'aurais pas dû avoir d'attentes à cet effet.
Or, ma conjointe enceinte et moi-même avions choisi la compagnie Bain Dépôt CAR elle ne mentionnait pas qu'elle ne livrait pas à l'étage, contrairement à Home Dépôt, qui a au moins le mérite d'être clair dans sa directive de service de livraison. Nous avions besoin d'aide pour grimper la douche de 200 lbs à l'étage, et comme Home Dépôt mentionne ne pas livrer à l'étage, mais pas Bain Dépôt (excepté en zones rurales, vous voyez le tour de passe-passe sémantique trompeur), nous avons choisi la compagnie qui semblait offrir un service plus complet, mais non, c'était simplement une politique mal rédigée et ambiguë.

La politique de livraison de Bain Dépôt n'est pas claire, et au lieu d'assumer leur responsabilité de transparence et de précision, ils reprochent aux clients de ne pas avoir compris leurs directives confuses et de ne pas comprendre que lorsqu'ils disent "zone rurale", en fait, ils veulent aussi dire "zone urbaine".

Buyer Beware: Missing Parts and Zero Solutions from Bath Depot!
Absolutely fuming with Bath Depot and their abysmal customer service! We ordered a shower kit weeks ago, patiently waited for it to arrive, only to find critical parts missing when we opened the box.
You'd think a company specializing in baths would be able to identify and replace a missing component from their own product, right? Wrong. Their response was beyond unhelpful: "we can't find the part you're referring to." Seriously? It's your product!
When I expressed my disappointment and requested a refund or at least a similar replacement for the missing part, their answer was a flat-out "we can't help you." So, now we're stuck with an incomplete shower kit and out a significant chunk of change.
This isn't just bad service; it's a complete failure to stand by their products. Save yourself the headache and frustration – look elsewhere for your bathroom needs. You'll regret trusting Bath Depot.

I’d rather not shower then buy anything from bath depot.
The quality is horrible and the customer service is even worse.
Need any product from them, good luck you’re waiting 4-5 months minimum.
Then they tell you they will deliver but won’t, additionally charges will be applied so you can go pick it up the product ina remote location.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from bath depot

We ordered our system and it was missing parts. Three times we have been sent the wrong parts. Stay clear of this company. The service is terrible

Je regrette profondément mon achat chez Bain Dépôt. D’abord, une cabine de douche défectueuse dès l’installation : on m’a demandé des vidéos et des photos, ce que j’ai fourni immédiatement. Et ensuite… plus rien. Aucun suivi, aucune solution.

Plus récemment, ma toilette intelligente a cessé de fonctionner après quelques mois. Même scénario : on me redemande des vidéos, que je renvoie, et cela fait maintenant 8 jours que j’attends une réponse.

Leur service à la clientèle est inefficace, lent et irresponsable. Les produits sont clairement de mauvaise qualité, et le service après-vente est inexistant. Je déconseille fortement ce magasin à quiconque cherche des produits fiables et un service digne de ce nom.

Passez votre chemin. Vous gagnerez du temps, de l’argent et vous éviterez beaucoup de frustration.
