I purchased a quartz counter 3 months ago at Trinity Common, Brampton , for my washroom not expecting water drops to damage it despite daily cleaning the damaging spots seem to be coming from inside the stone. . This company is a nightmare to deal with. Repeated phone calls and visits to the store finally resulted in a discount for this poorly constructed product but the refund is stuck in the process and no one returns calls to address your concerns. . Save yourself a headache and DO NOT DEAL with this less than reputable company selling products that appear to be defective and not worth the money charged.

I purchased a bathroom tap and drain from The Bath Depot. Within 6 months, the paint on the drain chipped. After numerous phone calls and emails, and the wrong replacement, The Bath Deport finally replaced the correct drain. However, within three months of replacing the drain, the new drain began to chip, exactly like the first one. I have tried to connect with The Bath Depot 4 times on email with no replies. I am currently waiting on the phone (and my phone says I have been waiting for 21 minutes for someone to pick up). I am really hoping that by speaking to someone, I might get this issue resolved.

Very disappointed with the products. Within 6 months my black kitchen sink and white bathroom vanity top are damaged and there's nothing they can do.

Purchased new vanity 2023 sink already has chips and the top has dulled out . It’s second bathroom which has little traffic and no children
I send them email first they claim it’s cleaning products then said it’s normal wear . I have a sink 10 years from another company no issues .
I would not recommend . The price does not fit the quality ..

I bought a standing shower glass door panels. The glass automatically shattered without any interaction before installation. They said 10-year warranty but did not even cover 10-day warranty. Customer service is also the worst one. The people working in this company just know how to blame customers and steal money from the customer. They don't have good attitudes and do not know how to help customers. They did not refund money or replace the product for faulty manufacturing of the product. Stay away from buying this worst product as well as from this company. They are a scammer.

I wish I read the reviews before. Everything people have written about how pathetic their products and customer service is bang on. I was sent order 15 days later than iriginal delivery date. The vanity came with missing parts and when I called to request those parts, all I got was any complaints must be made within 72 hours of delivery. So they expect people should drop their life and unbox the items to validate the quality WORST Conpany. Do not give them your Business 😣

PLEASE BE WARNED: DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT BATH DEPOT!
This company stocks shoddy, poor quality fixtures and fittings and sells them for huge profits. We spent nearly 4k at this store, and just over a year after installation the taps and sink plugs and shower head and bath head hoses (which are all PAINTED black!!) are chipped and look horrendous. After spending so much on a huge bathroom renovation, this is a beyond upsetting outcome. Had we known that the bath and sink fixtures, that are in frequent contact with water and soap, were painted, we would have bought elsewhere. We have passed the 1 year warranty now, and the customer service has been abhorrent. We have been told we will just have to replace them (after less than a year and a half of use), with our own money. It certainly feels like we have been seriously duped! This company takes zero responsibility for the (lack of) quality of the products they are selling. Extremely disheartening and disappointing. If we could go back in time, we would steer very clear of this store and their terrible quality drop shipped products. Looks like we purchased them from a dollar store. We hope we can save some other potential customers from being ripped off!

They sold me leaking shower door and will not give money back or honour warranty , even after customer service is sent all the evidence of the defect. DO NOT BUY HERE

They installed tub shower had bad workmanship leaks then my kitchen ceiling got damaged they put a big hole in the back to fix it second guy fixed most of leaks but still leaked from shower from first guy now it 3weeks later still not fixed all i get from them is we'll fix it. And they won't let me talk to owner. Do not recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Every time we hear back from them, we get different information. Iona in Customer Service seems scammy, fake. Probably not a real person.

They shipped an incomplete box (missing assembly parts) and then asked that we ship it back before sending us a new one. They wanted us to drive 2.5 hours to the closest store to return in person. We had to explain how inconvenient that was, and asked for a shipping label so we could ship the item back. So.. We did. Then they said theyre out of stock and will send us a new one when they receive more in 2-3 weeks. We said forget it, just issue a refund. But she said they wont issue a refund unless they get more inventory. This all started 3 weeks ago. So they never got new inventory, never issued a refund. Its all ridiculous.

We had to remind them we only returned it because it was missing pieces. Its not our choice. We wanted the item.

We have purchased a few things from Bath Depot, this will be the last time we support that scam company.

Bought Jessie One piece, grand-daughter broke top.Ordered new top. Paid $40. and new top would not fit. After numerous phone calls, Phillipe in cust. service decided that tank tops are made specifically for that tank only. Glacier Bay, WaterRidge and American Standard all supply replacement tops.What a ridiculous response from Bath Depot. If they don't supply a new toilet I must dispose of it in the garbage. It's seems like a shortsighted decision as the store in Brampton relies on its customer service dept.to make good decisions that benefit its store. Why would Bathdepot have sold us a new top of they knew it would not fit? It seems as is the original toilet's water tank has a curve at the back and confirms that quality control was missing as this toilet was made. I can't believe that Bath depot would take this position for a $200. toilet. Experience at Brampton store was good!

Buyer Beware: if you have to return an item be aware that you will be charged a "re-stocking fee" of between 10-30% which will be applied at the arbitrary discretion of the store manager. I purchased an in stock vanity sink directly from the store (ie. not on-line), which I attempted to return 3 days later. The only "damage" was that the tape to the box had been undone. This was sufficient for the manager to deduct a 10% 're-stocking' fee. I had not been told this at the time of purchase. The store manager told me that it was in the "terms and conditions" referred to on the receipt I received after purchase, and which he suggested I should have read on-line prior to purchasing. In fact the store manager suggested he was doing me "a favour" by only charging me 10% when he could have charged me 30%. His smug attitude and rude behaviour was beyond anything I have ever experienced. While the products at Bath Depot perfectly suit a modest reno we are doing at our cottage, I will not risk being subjected to this same experience again.
