Great service from sample to terracotta tile delivery. Tiles excellent quality. They import directly from factory and that’s why the prices are so competitive. Overall excellent!

Hi, Purchased for my Kitchen, Rustic Terracotta clay floor tiles from a gentleman Ahad of Baked Earth.

I contacted Ahad for advise for my planned flooring which was much appreciated. Prompted delivery and as yet to lay the flooring the tiles are stunning.

Great service and fantastic prices. Requested samples which arrived next day. Made a decision, ordered on Tuesday and took delivery Friday. Lovely rustic terracotta.

I ordered and pad for single tile as a sample. I was then sent an email from Mr Miah to say that they would be sending me only one quarter of a tile. I said I was not happy as that was not what I had ordered or paid for, and that wanted a whole tile. Mr Miah told me to go elsewhere and "get a life". Very rude. Extra-ordinary really

We have been so pleased with Baked Earth. Firstly, the tiles: they are amazing and exactly what we wanted for our home, which is formerly a Victorian pub. Secondly, the service: from initial contact, to updates whilst awaiting delivery and finally to after-delivery care, Ahad and the team have been brilliant. We've not hesitated to place a further order and will likely be back in the future!

I had received wonderful tiles with variation and vibrancy! The customer service prior to my order was very helpful in terms of assisting my purchase and delivery updates were always given.

Sent and 18 tonne truck to my residential street then made ME pay for redelivery. Wouldn't shop with them again if my ass was on fire and they had the only fire extinguisher

Was not informed of delivery date until the day and that was by the driver.
I'd been in all week and he was at the end of my road in a stress about the tiles.
I told him he could deliver them even though I wasn't there but he could not do this due to the unsuitability of his vehicle. We then re-arranged delivery which your company made me pay for.
None of this was my doing it was your poor planning and service and that of the courier company and poor communication. I was the one left out of pocket by it. Your service is shockingly inadequate. I hope no one else is inconvenienced by you in this way.

Wonderful product. Struggled to find large terracotta tiles and only needed a very small number. The company sent more than we needed without charge and they look perfect. Thank you!

Sadly tiles were cracked on delivery so weren't able to be used as planned.

I found Baked Earth to be a very helpful and reliable company to deal with. Ahad was immediately, and consistently, available to help with various questions and changes to my delivery. The tiles are good value with a very rustic finish, which is what I wanted as they match the traditional Suffolk Pinks (bricks) that my studio is built from. I'm trying out different sealants to keep the lighter peach colour (they become a much darker terracotta colour with linseed oil for example).....

We were looking for untreated terracotta tiles for our holiday home in France, about 60m2. We had tried local French suppliers, but were so expensive. We finally decided to search here in the UK & came across Baked Earth. They were simply great! Not only did we get the tiles at a very good price, they organised the delivery direct to our house in France. Everything went smoothly, we flew over a couple of days earlier, having been given a 2 day window for delivery, which was made by a local French company. Tiles look great, amazingly just a couple of breakages, as they came in individual cardboard packs, safely stacked on pallets. Would use them again, product, price & delivery were really good.

Beautiful result, great service. These are a similar stye to anything Fired Earth might offer as 'artisanal' tiles, at less than a tenth of the price. (I've checked!) It isn't a perfectly consistent (i.e. boring) finish for those that want it, and you may have to put in some work (e.g. to seal them). But we are so happy with them.

Samples arrived very quickly. I was initially sent the wrong one but it was corrected immediately and the new one sent out. I haven't purchased yet but the initial experience has been good.

£9 for sample and postage; sample arrives cracked. Disappointingly NOT proper kiln-fired terracotta, but crumbly, 'artisan'-made clay painted brown (the sealer, apparently). Wouldn't last a week on a well-trafficked floor.

We have a tricky project requiring unusually thin flooring and where delivery would be a problem. Baked Earth have been helpful throughout and the product is exactly what we need.
