In Clare I trust…

Clare, the sales exec, at Astley Place, made my whole experience a joy. I’m having to go through this process on my own and Clare has been so understanding, kind and helpful. I know if I need any help, she will be there.

Review

I have had an excellent experience so far with Edmundham Developments. I came to the launch, and shortly after was able to early bird a plot which has now just been released.

Clare has been amazing, from communication on release dates over the past 4 months, arranging multiple visits to the plot to ensure I was happy with my purchase as a first time buyer, as well as helping me choose my options.

Clare was so welcoming to us from the very first moment. She was truly invested in our potential to buy a property on this development with helpful insight and great detail while understanding the reasons for our purchase. The process of reserving a plot was efficient and well documented with clear explanation at each step. We look forward to moving through exchange to completion in due course.

Many thanks Clare for all your help...

We have been interested in Astley Place for a while and Clare took a lot of time out of her day on last Bank Holiday Monday to show us the 5-bedroom houses in great detail...she was hugely knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the whole process.

She will certainly make the development a success and ease the "trauma" of a house move or purchase for all her customers.

Clare has been very helpful and…

Clare has been very helpful and efficient with our purchase. Friendly and personable even gifting Easter eggs and sweets to our children while we made important interior choices.
Very excited to move into our property and I know Clare will be most helpful during this process.

So far brilliant

We have been considering Astley Place in Newmarket since it first appeared. Since meeting Clare Canning what started as just a casual curiosity has bloomed into an official reservation on our next home as of today. Throughout Clare has been utterly amazing supplying us with as much information as she can, answering our questions, and showing us the site. She is wonderfully approachable and it's always a pleasure to speak with her. Thanks Clare!

Which house should we choose......

Having looked at several housing developments in our quest to find a new home, both my wife and myself were very pleased to find Astley Place. It met all our lifestyle criteria for finding a new home and the properties are being built to a high specification.
The process of deciding which house would be best for us and the location on the site was sympathetically and professionally managed by Clare. It made the whole experience less daunting.

I had a really positive experience…

I had a really positive experience reserving at Astley Place. The process has been smooth and well managed throughout.

Clare has been excellent, helping me every step of the way. As a first-time buyer, this has been especially appreciated and made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Fordham road newmarket.

Since we first made enquiries regarding the new build properties in Newmarket Clare Canning has been able to answer our questions promptly and professionally. Everyone on the launch day was helpful and knowledgeable , the service given was the best we have been afforded in our search for our new home. Clare has arranged two viewings for us to view our build so far, interrupting site managers etc but this has been done in a friendly approachable way without any hesitation or negativity. We would definitely recommend visiting this site and viewing the lovely homes being built.
