If there had been any minus rating, I would have rated it minus. I ordered and made payment for cake and some other items on 14th Feb, 2026. The same day my order was cancelled citing Valentine’s Day rush. I got an email in this regard, wherein, it is stated that the refund would be processed within 6-7 days. More than 2 months have passed but my refund hasn’t been processed yet. I emailed them but heard nothing from their side. The contact no given under Customer Support is non-functional. Based on my experience, it appears hat the website is fraud and I’m exploring whether I can make complaint against them in Cyber cell or Consumer forum.

a very poor quality cake was delivered, which nowhere matched with the cake ordered. Further I tried to raise complaint, mailed too but the mail could not be sent to that mail.
This is complete fraud. Cake worth Rs 400 was delivered for which Bakings charged us Rs 1445.

Pathetic. I want refund of my money.

I ordered a Coffee vanilla cake & pink roses for my Mother’s birthday. However the cake and roses were very different from the ones ordered but still I am happy because my mom was happy about it and it was on time.

finally finally finally, I received my refund after 2 months. but the experience was terrible. i orderd a bouquet on 21 feb 2026. But order was canceled by themselves and then they write an email about refund. But after a week still waiting for Refund so i decide to write mail to their customer care in every 5 to 6 days but as we knew they only give apology email that this delaye from banks end. but then I decided to complaint this. first i complaint in National consumer helpline (NCH) on 21st march 2026 but as of now i didn't get satisfied solution from their end. so I decided that this must be a scam that they do with every one of us frist they place order than cancel than no refund. then i decided to complaint in (CYBERCRIME) and i complaint to cybercrime about this scam on 15 april 2025 and today 16 april 2026 i got my refund. i am happy but this experience was very terrible. and i saw many reviews about not getting refund i think try this method may be you got your refund.

Not timely deleiver and not proper packinh

My order was cancelled on Jan 15th ..Still these people are fooling me on the refund amt saying : Pending from the bank side .it's 4 th month..just imagine !!..they grabbed an amount of 3k.
Please don't trust this site .

My order on jan was cancelled and till today my refund is pending. This is the worst experience... Every msg is replied with a 48 - 72hrs duration for the settlement.

I have not received cake as expected time firstly and second thing the bday greeting card was not sent and also amount was not refunded for this

Customer service is very bad, I placed an order worth 2,500/- in the month of November which was cancelled after the payment was made stating the order can't be accepted. It was said that refund would be made within 7 business days and it's been 6 months and refund is not yet made even after several followups. I really regret placing an order from this website and I would not suggest this page further, better to report.

I had placed cake order that was cancelled within an hour on 20th Feb of rupees 3000. I received an email that the refund will take 7 days. Since then I have been following every week and now it’s close to 2 months there is no refund processed. They have no customer care number, everything happens on email and they just give assurance. Avoid placing any order with this company. They show fancy things on their site but they just extract money and go away.

This is a 100% fraud site. there is no contact number only mail contacts. they won't send the ordered items, when we ask for refund they will keep on sending apology mails and won't give refund. Scam, beware

The quality was very good. Eventhough it arrived late, the taste was excellent.

I paid ₹500 for an order no. 72956 that was never delivered. After repeatedly following up, I was told that the refund would be processed, but even after more than a month, I have not received my money.

This clearly feels like a scam — taking money from customers, not delivering orders, and then delaying refunds with false promises. There has been no accountability or proper response from their side.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Bakizo. This has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences, and I will be escalating this further through consumer complaints and my bank.

I placed an order for Valentine Day and they cancelled the order at the last moment. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund despite repeated follow-ups since last 50 days
There is no clear communication or resolution, even after several days.

This experience has been unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this portal. A company that fails to deliver and delays refunds cannot be trusted.

The cake was great and the delivery was also quick.

I ordered cakes on Jan1,2026 and payment has done but they canceled it.Still not yet recived the payment.I am keep on sending mail but no response.

This is regarding my order which was cancelled over 2 months ago. I was informed that a refund would be initiated, however, I have still not received the amount.
This delay is completely unacceptable. As per standard consumer protection norms, refunds must be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and your failure to do so raises serious concerns.
If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and other relevant authorities.

Once they have your money, they completely ghost you. There is absolutely no way to contact their customer support. The phone number mentioned in the website is also fake. Avoid this site at all costs and save your money.

Very bad... received a cake which is very different from the ordered image cake, the received cake was very normal....
I ordered for my brother's bday, he was very much disappointed
