Very bad customer support ,firstly the…

Very bad customer support ,firstly the delivery estimated time was between 2 to 7 pm which never happened .
My parents left for venue and the delivery guy called an hour after ,they could not pick the call
While ordering in the special instructions I have requested if order could be delivered an half an hour early which did not help .
The what's app support team kept me waiting half an hour for an update until I raised a complaint , instead of supporting for prompt delivery the whatsapp support team say it's our fault as we did not pick the call and the audacity to say we have to wait until we receive the delivery though it's late .
One thing to remember if time was not a restraint and if a customer can wait why choose ur service? and we don't have all the time in the world to wait for that one poor service which can't deliver a bouquet on time .
Not going for this next time kindly train your what's app support team on customer handling

Trutworthy and on time delivery

Really happy with the service and availability of options, although the card could have been stapled a little less or sealed in a different way as it would be difficult for the reciever to read the message. Other than that they're worth trusting and do same day delivery service

The saddest funeral wreath

The funeral wreath was delivered with
- wilted flowers, although you promise 7 hours of freshness on your website
- insects in the flowers,
- just the shape was fine.
The wreath looked more than sad and cheap.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with FlowerAura. I had placed a customised order for 60 peach roses wrapped in striped pink premium paper, and the order was clearly confirmed by their team.

However, what was delivered was far from what was promised. The roses were of very poor quality and already in bad condition at the time of delivery. To make matters worse, they began withering by the same evening, which is completely unacceptable for a fresh flower order.

When I reached out to request a replacement, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was only offered 20–25 roses as a “complementary” gesture. This does not come close to compensating for the order I originally placed and paid for.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend FlowerAura if you are expecting quality products or reliable customer service.

Extremely POOR service - DO not recommend.

If I could give a '0' zero I would!
Very unprofessional service - they recipient for my flower delivery did not pick up and hence they claimed that the delivery was attempted and could not be delivered and therefore not refundable.

No one contacted me to let me know on the contrary they messaged to say it was delivered. Which is wrong.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL !

Extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered a birthday cake for my nephew well in advance, but on the day of his birthday, I was informed that delivery would not be possible that day they would try to deliver it the next day instead, if that was acceptable to me.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my wife had warned me not to order from this platform because she had a similar experience before. I didn't listen. I should have checked the customer reviews beforehand.

Delivered to SENDER

Ordered flowers to be delivered in Lucknow. The agent calls up the SENDER, takes the address and delivers TO SENDER! The customer service team keeps arguing that we called up the recipient, without bothering to check numbers. Should have checked reviews first.

High on blurbs and low on quality

I ordered two reasonably expensive bouquets - one of stargazer (lily) + chrysanthemum and one of orchids. The delivery was punctual and well as per the pictures. However, within a few minutes/ hours of opening the bouquets and keeping them in a vase, the petals of both bouquets started dropping. By next morning, both bouquets were almost all gone, with almost all flowers and petals having wilted away. This has been one of my worst flower delivery experiences, ever.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the experience. I ordered my items well in advance, but there was no delivery within time, when I followed up, they mentioned that they do not have the same flowers, so no order delivered.

Paid ~Rs 11,000 for a Premium Bouquet but Received Wilted Flowers That Looked Nothing Like Advertised

I am writing this as the recipient of the flower bouquet delivered for my milestone birthday, and I must express my serious dissatisfaction with the order.

The bouquet that arrived was completely different from what was displayed on your website. The arrangement lacked the size, structure, and elegance that were clearly advertised. It appeared sparse, poorly assembled, and far from the premium presentation that justified the Rs 10,895 price tag. In addition, several of the flowers were not fresh and showed visible signs of wilting at the time of delivery. This is unacceptable for any order, let alone one sold at such an inflated premium price.

The order was placed from abroad by daughter who made a significant financial effort to ensure I felt special on an important occasion. People living overseas spend considerable time and money to send meaningful gifts to their loved ones back home. Charging a premium amount and delivering a product that is clearly misrepresented and substandard feels deceptive and exploitative. Instead of creating a memorable celebration, this has caused disappointment and frustration.

There is a clear and undeniable mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. This constitutes misrepresentation of your product and a failure to provide the quality promised.

Be warned... Save your money and stay away from them

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order placed with Flower Aura.

My order was cancelled at the eleventh hour on the grounds that the plants were unavailable for delivery. This last-minute cancellation caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially as the order was placed well in advance for a specific purpose. Such poor planning and lack of inventory management reflect extremely unprofessional service standards.

What is even more concerning is that:

I was not offered any reasonable alternative or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

My payment has still not been refunded.

It is unacceptable that customers are made to suffer due to internal operational failures, and even more unacceptable that refunds are delayed without communication.

Very worst experience from these guys

I have ordered a product costing around 750 and they have charged me 300 rupees for the shipping charge even though showed me next day delivery then there was no update also and got delivered 2 days late
and the product was not even good also
never buy anything from this guys
the customer care is very worst and they don't even pick up the call first also they cut the call in middle of the call also the chat is also WhatsApp chat is also waste of time
Whenever I call they tell me 20 minutes 20 minutes they will deliver and after that 20 minutes whenever I call the tell me 20 minutes 30 minutes again and again
And didn't got delivered that day also and i got the product the next day in the evening
First of all it was a valentine's gift the worst part

Ordered for Valentine’s Day

Ordered for Valentine’s Day, but never received the product. They falsely marked it as delivered and deducted my money. Completely spoiled our Valentine’s Day. Very irresponsible service.
Think twice before ordering.

Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. The plant started dying very soon after delivery, which should not happen if it was healthy and properly potted. When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility and kept repeating their policy about complaint timelines.. For the high prices they charge, this level of quality and support is not acceptable. I would not recommend this company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM...FlowerAura confirmed delivery of my cake, but no delivery ever occurred. There was no proof provided and customer support failed to resolve the issue properly. Marking an undelivered order as completed is unacceptable. I regret using this service and will not be ordering again.

Wonderful company with fast delivery

Wonderful company and allowed me to send my mother in law flowers and cake on her birthday from UK to south India. Operates in major cities and small towns with on the day delivery and I'm so grateful for them. Cake and flowers were true to photo. Thank you
