Vorrei iniziare dicendo che per me non è stato semplice affidarmi a Bakker.it in quanto prima di effettuare l’ordine ho letto una miriade di recensioni negative. Alla fine ho deciso di provare ed effettuare un primo ordine di 70€, nonostante mi fidassi ben poco, ma necessitavo dell’ordine effettuato.
Ebbene si! Mi sono totalmente sorpreso del servizio che alla fine ho trovato!!
Ordine imballato nei minimi dettagli! Ogni piantina ha il proprio involucro abilmente sigillato per cercare di mantenere il massimo della freschezza e vitalità degli esemplari!!!!
Ordine super puntuale, arrivato nel giorno e nella fascia oraria stabilita ( solitamente ordini di altre aziende arrivano sempre in ritardo in quanto sto su un’isola) senza nessun tipo di ammaccatura o danno al pacco!!!
E non finisce qua, ho trovato un’assistenza clienti non perfetta, di più!!!

Nel caso dovesse esserci qualche problema sono sempre pronti a fornirti assistenza! E se dovesse capitare che qualche esemplare non sia perfetto ti chiedono se vuoi proseguire con un rimborso oppure un rinvio dell’esemplare da te ordinato!!
