First time customer with Balance…
First time customer with Balance Leisure, ordering a Polar Chest strap heart monitor. I had contact with Marcus re a supply issue & he was very helpful. Great product at a very good price and the delivery was excellent. I would certainly shop with Balance Leisure again.

Unexpectedly out of stock
Ordered and paid for 20 mats online but then told out of stock until end of the year so have had to look elsewhere. They did give a quick refund though.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Exercise mat and dumb bells already in use. Roller yet to be needed/used. 4 stars because we cannot access the online exercises for the roller.

Good quality and not too spiked.
The massage balls arrived about a week after I ordered them, just in time for yoga!
They are well made and perfect but a little bigger than I had wanted.
The spikes are not too pointed so this makes them easier to use.
