The doctor was brilliant, she was very quick to respond and I could get an appointment in 30 minutes. She listened to my concerns and advices both things I could do to support healing as well as a combination of medication to treat. I checked with a doctor in the UK who said they would have prescribed in the same way. I am travelling around Bali so they arranged the medication to the next villa I was due to arrive at at a convenient time for me. They communicated throughout and were very professional. If anyone is poorly in Bali, I would recommend their services. The cost is fairly reasonable too for the medication.

I was able to set up an online consultation in 20 minutes, which was really amazing. I had prescriptions from my home country and uploaded them to the system when asked. However, after the consultation there was some disappointment regarding the price and delivery options. Eventually, I am happy and really grateful how Bali Docs handled my case. The meds got delivered to me the same day without any surcharge, but maybe they should not say they deliver all over Bali or warn that location makes a price difference. Still, if I am in need again, I will use Bali Docs for sure.

Medication was organised and delivered directly to our hotel, which made everything so easy while we were away from home. Most importantly, the treatment worked and solved the issue! What an awesome experience ! I had Dr Mona who was so kind and professional helping to organise my medication for my stay in Bali . I ended up getting all my meds for my stay sent to my hotel . She made it so simple to do and handled it in one 20min appointment. Just have all your documents ready and there is no problems .

I was staying in a remote village when Bali belly struck. I did not have any readily available transport and was in no shape to try to find a driver to take me to a public clinic in a nearby town.

I came across the BaliDoc service through a Google search, easily created an appointment for that same morning, and had a great video consultation with Dr.Karina on my phone.

Then, the BaliDoc team did a fantastic job messaging me through WhatsApp, went to work locating a nearby pharmacy that had all of the medications I needed in stock, kept me apprised of the delivery time, and had them delivered to my accommodations, all while I stayed in bed, stress-free and resting.

What a great service. I highly recommend BaliDoc for anyone needing quick, reliable, English-speaking medical help.

Researched medical online advisory services. BaliDoc got good reviews. Booked free 20 min appointment slot. Pre-consult questionnaire was quick and straitforward. Invite sent plus handy reminders on the day. Easy google meet video consultation where Dr Karina had my med history to refer to. Answered all my queries and gave useful advice for pre-arrival. Call took around 15 mins followed by Dr Karina sending me a Whattsup link to get in touch when I need to refresh my prescription meds. Initial service was slick and professional. Hoping prescriptions will be as effortless.

I had a consultation with Dr. Mona before my upcoming trip to Indonesia, mainly regarding my medication and the necessary documentation for travelling.

Dr. Mona was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and empathetic. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained clearly what I needed to prepare and which documents would be required. I especially appreciated that she provided me with a written summary of everything we had discussed afterwards, which made the whole process very easy and reassuring.

I contacted BaliDoc because I urgently needed medication that I could not find anywhere in Bali.

They were absolutely fantastic, especially as I was quite stressed and worried about being unable to obtain it.

They offered me a free online appointment on the same day with a real doctor, who spoke with me face-to-face by video call. The doctor reviewed my medical history, checked that I was okay and assessed my existing prescription.

Unfortunately, after checking thoroughly with pharmacies and distributors, they confirmed that my medication was unavailable in Indonesia.

But they didn’t simply say goodbye and leave me without help. Their doctor consulted with a psychiatrist on my behalf, without charging me an additional consultation fee, and they recommended an alternative medication and continued support if I needed it.

This is the best and most professional healthcare service I have experienced during my eight years in Bali and Indonesia.

BaliDoc will definitely be my first choice for medical care and support in Indonesia from now on. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine effort were incredibly reassuring during a very stressful time.
