I reached out to Flora to help us with a custom itinerary for our two week trip to Bali. I mentioned in the initial messages that we were a couple with two very young children 1.5 years old and 3 years old and asked she was comfortable doing an itinerary for such young children.
We had an initial 30 minute chat with Flora that was excellent, Flora is wonderful and really knows her stuff about her home of Bali.
We decided to proceed with the custom itinerary at $200 USD.
Flora put this together for us and the itinerary she presented was wholly unsuitable for such young children. An example was staying in Ubud for five nights with a two hour trip to Munduk one day and a 1.5 hour day trip to Sidemen the next day.
I expressed this to Flora and she offered to have another session for additional planning around these changes which is standard.
We felt that the initial itinerary presented was so unsuitable for young children that we couldn’t trust that anything else would actually be suitable and decided not to engage any further.
Flora should know her limitations and not offer services for people that she’s not comfortable doing so.
Bali with flow would be an excellent service for people at different life stages than us.

We had an amazing trip to Komodo with friends on a beautiful luxury boat. Everything was perfectly organized, and the experience was unforgettable. A special thanks to Flora, our wonderful tour guide, for her friendliness and expertise. The entire boat crew was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

My Komodo trip with Baliwithflow was exceptional! The itinerary was tailored to our private group and was detailed to give us the best experience possible, including arriving to certain islands and beaches at times when nobody else would be there so we would have the area all to ourselves. The boat was great and so was the staff. I highly recommending using baliwithflow for any trips you want to take in Bali or anywhere else in Indonesia!

My experience with Baliwithflow had been absolutely amazing! I had my first solo trip in Bali and everything was perfectly organised on my behalf: logistics, hotels, itinerary that allowed time to breathe in between activities, local guides and drivers. I've lived in Bali long enough to assume I don't need a tour company to figure things out here. I was heading up to Munduk anyway and figured, whatever, I'd at least ask Flora what she'd recommend. After a quick chat about timing and what I was into, we landed on a trek and the dolphin swim. Booking through her is the best decision I've made in months. The insider knowledge alone changed the entire trip.

The trekking guide didn't behave like someone running a tour. He behaved like someone who genuinely wanted us to see his version of where he lived. He'd stop and point out things I'd walked past for years without noticing: the way certain trees produce certain spices, what's actually growing around you when you think it's just jungle, the cultural context behind the things people usually just take photos of. Extremely warm, extremely knowledgeable, never in a rush. By the end of the day I'd learned more about the north of the island than I had in years of living here. (and seen more in a few hours than I usually do in a few months)

The dolphin swim is harder to describe without sounding like every other review. So I'll put it like this: between traveling the world and living here for years, I've got plenty to compare against, and that morning is sitting comfortably inside the top three experiences of my entire life. The reason it was that good comes down to one decision Flora made. Most operators run the dolphin trip at sunrise, which means you and a hundred other boats end up chasing the same pod across the water. Flora had us go later (which I didn't even know was an option). Meaning instead of 100 boats blocking each other, there were maybe 20 boats out there total. We ended up swimming inside the school the entire time we were in the water. Not chasing them, not glimpsing them through the chaos. In them. That's the kind of decision I wouldn't even have a clue was possible, and it's the difference between "cool" and "top 3 experiences"

Anyone can book you onto a boat or take you on a trek. Using Flora to make sure you're in the right place, at the right time, with the right people (without any stress) is the best decision I've made in a while, and the reason I now send everyone I know (visiting or living here) to Flora / Baliwithflow.

Les activités que son agence propose sont juste à couper le souffle et NON TOURISTIQUES. Vous ne verrez pas ça ailleurs, elle sait de quoi elle parle.

Le petit + c’est qu’elle vit sur place : elle parle autant l’indonésien que l’anglais et le français. Vous arrivez sur place sans mauvaises surprises, tout est prévue à l’avance.

We used Baliwithflow for two major touristic trips: a one-day boat trip to Nusa Penida and the sunrise trekking in Mount Batur. Both trips were well organized with the flexibility needed to accommodate our needs. Drivers and guide were on time and in contact in advance to let us know all was ready. We def recommend Flora and her team for those who want to experience Bali with exclusivity and great attention.

My Bali trip was truly a 10/10 experience. Flo made everything completely seamless from start to finish from booking activities to designing an itinerary that felt deeply intentional and meaningful.
Bali is a place that deserves to be experienced through its culture, its people, and the history of those who built it and Flo understood that beautifully.
