This was my first purchase, and frankly I held my breath that the shoes, which were a custom order, would fit since I could not return them. I needed new practice shoes, and I have a very wide foot. I took the chance, and I must say that not only did they fit, but they also turned out to be the most comfortable dance shoes I have ever worn (and I have been dancing for 20+ years). I will be back for more.

I received my items within a good time. My only complaint was about the size guide. I have an 11.5-size shoe in the US. The size guide says to wear a 10.5 UK, but I would have preferred a size uk 11. Other than that an awesome experience.

I ordered IDS shoes based upon the shoes I order direct from the manufacturer. What I received fit nothing like IDS. There was zero customer service. I ordered direct from IDS and shoes are perfect… Edit to add: Vendor only offered refund minus shipping and restocking after chargeback and refused to consider the dramatic size difference. I did reorder and they still hold the funds for the new orders and refuse to ship unless I reverse the chargeback. It appears that the only way to receive my payments even for shoes that I’ve not received in months is to work through my card and bank. Please note that I only ordered here due to the extreme tariffs. To order from UK at this time costs international shipping plus an additional 141.00$US for one box of shoes.
