It has a lot of selection. They have extra wide for the style I like, which can't find anywhere. Price is fair. purchase process is easy. Shipping is on-time. Quick response to my email enquiry. Will buy from it again.

I had a special order plus I was traveling and needed to delay shipping a bit so the package didn't arrive while I was gone. You guys were so kind to hold my shoes until I got home.

I then needed special heel guards which you shipped out quickly.

I love all the options they had, prices were fair and reasonable. I live in Alaska and shipping anything to Alaska is generally painful and shipping was painless with them. I even had to make a return and it was simple and easy.

There prices are very good and their customer service is excellent - they respond quickly and are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them and will buy my next shoes here again.

For regular shoes, they are amazing. However, for custom-made shoes, good luck trying to receive them in time. My pro and I are going to competition this Friday, and we had been told that we should get them by the end of May since it takes a couple weeks for them to be made. It is now June, and we still hadn’t received them. Glad that customer service answers quickly, but I’m disappointed in a custom made shoes order. If you need shoes custom made, good luck getting them within a month.

Well made dance shoe. I ordered the Werner Kern Latin Shoes Monique. Love them. This shoe has a heavy duty snap which is great instead of the hook or buckle method. Also, very comfortable.

the selection of vendors is impressive. I like how modifications are available to the shoes. I wish they would ship faster. 5-10 weeks is a long time for an ordinary pair. ....Now I am upset. they promised me a $25 credit on another order if I left a review. I did. after the review gets posted they force me into signing up for some random app and service in order to receive the credit. That is no cool.

Fantastic experience! Ballroomshoes.com has a wide selection of top dance shoes and some amazing deals. I ordered a pair of dance heels and a fit converter to gauge my size for a particular brand. Customer service provided excellent and timely communication via text, keeping me updated every step of the way. (They were even friendly and responsive to general questions that I had unrelated to my order.) One item of my order was out of stock and they were quick to offer thoughtful accommodations that worked for me. When I confirmed shipping of the in-stock item, it was super fast, and the shoes arrived within 2 days! These shoes fit great, and just in time for me to test in my class before traveling for a larger dance event. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

My experience with ballroomshoes.com - and previously ordering from Jeravae - has always been solid.

Shipping has always been prompt, and items received as expected. I believe I have always bought clearance items, which are an AMAZING deal. Communication has also been prompt and clear - one item I ordered, the size I had selected was actually out of stock on the heel height I wanted, so they sent me an email to inform me and ask if I wanted the shoe in the other height.

I only order shoes that I know will fit, either due to it being a reorder of a shoe I already own, or being something I tried on in person and am now ordering here because it is a better price. This is not specific to this website -- I simply do not want to risk something not fitting and deal with the hassle of sending shoes back and forth, because I am very particular about how my shoes fit. Therefore, I have never had to deal with returns.

This review is being written after my third order of shoes from ballroomshoes/Jeravae, and while I certainly have what I need for now (main and backup pair for rhythm and smooth, and now a new pair of practice shoes -- all IDS brand), I am certain that I will be a returning customer once I need to reorder.
