The handle on the sauna got rusty almost straight away and fell off. No response from their so called "customer service". I do not recommend.

This is my second experience with Baltresto and I couldn't recommend them anymore! From sales to customer care they are absolutely amazing. They have top quality products and at the best prices.
First I bought a barrel sauna and now a few years later I've just bought an ice tub.
Highly recommended!

Levering ijsbad was perfect. Contact daarna slecht
Levering van het bestelde ijsbad was snel en goed. Zelfs eerder als beloofd. 2 weken daarna wilde ik nog meer bestellen bij Baltresto. Op mijn vragen in een email en in de chatbox werd ruim 1 week niet gereageerd. De telefoon werd in die tijd ook niet opgenomen. Geen uitleg op de website. Ik dacht dat Baltresto failliet was gegaan.

Onze excuses voor het slechte contact daarna – dit was niet zoals het hoort. Door een tijdelijke onderbreking in onze klantenservice zijn berichten helaas te laat beantwoord. Inmiddels is dit opgelost.

We ordered the barrel sauna with the panoramic window. We are absolutely happy with the product and also with the support and advice from Oksana from the Baltresto team. She supported us in finding the right size, oven etc. From the beginning to the end we are very happy!

Jag vill meddela att leveransen kom enligt beställningen i tid, men tyvärr saknades vissa artiklar. Dessutom var en del av de mottagna varorna inte de rätta. Det tog två veckor innan jag fick korrekt information om leveransen.
Jag vill samtidigt framföra att kontakten med Sverige har fungerat mycket bra, och jag uppskattar den hjälp och det bemötande jag fått därifrån.

Valitsimme altaaseen kaiken mahdollisen mitä siihen oli mahdollista saada. Asennuksen jälkeen huomattiin että led-valopainikkeesta ei tapahtunut mitään. Painekytkimestä puuttui johdot ja led-valojen valo tuli muuta kautta. Valoja ei voi sammuttaa eikä muuttaa. Altaassa ”ikuinen diskovalaistus”. Syksyllä piti laittaa lämmitys päälle niin yllättäen sekään ei toimi. Altaasta puuttui kauttaaltaan seinistä monesta kohdasta eriste. Osa oli tehtaan puolesta paikkailtu ja sitä piti jatkaa itse. Tehdas ei vastaa reklamaatioihin. Olemme kesästä lähtien reklamoimeet tuloksetta. En suosittele tätä kenellekään. Luultavasti kommenttia ei julkaista ja yhden tähden arvostelu ei tule näkyviin
