It’s been over 5 months and I still…

It’s been over 5 months and I still didn’t receive anything. I emailed them and they kept on replying with the same emails. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my emails. So I decided to dm them on instagram... I didn’t get a reply so I started commenting and they kept on deleting my comments. 2 days later they blocked me on instagram. I used another email because I was sure that they blocked my email account too. They replied with the same auto email I used to get before they ignored me. I emailed them again and it’s been 2 weeks since I last emailed them, and I didn’t get a reply.

I ordered two wallets on January 9

I ordered two wallets on January 9 2020. They had a promotion buy one, get one free, so I decided to buy the SRPNT wallet and get the SPL/T wallet as an addition for the total of $84.95 + shipping. I have received the SPL/T wallet in 2 weeks, which was perfect, however they informed me that the SRPNT wallet is on back order. I then contacted them multiple times to check what's going on with the order. They informed me that the wallet is still on back order, and if I'd like to get my wallet immediately, I have the choose a color to replace it. I chose the color and they said that they will inform me when the wallet is sent. I waited for a month without getting any response and contacted them, and then I got the same before mentioned answer that they will inform me when the wallet is sent. Yet I haven't received any wallet or any update on the situation, even though I keep contacting them (once in a month) and getting the same response every single time: "That is noted, we'll let you know when your wallet is shipped."

So at the end of the day, I am still missing my desired SRPNT wallet (or any of the replacements offered), which was the only reason to order from their website, but I guess that happens when you are dealing with dropshipping websites. Take care guys!

Do not order from the UK

Ordered from these, paid extra for delivery to the UK and the parcel is stuck at customs because duty is underpaid.

Contacted the company who advised it’s my problem as it’s my customs !
