Scam dont fall for it

This company is a scam I never signed up for their subscription yet they charged my card again so I tried to call the customer service number on their website you cannot speak to a live person this product did nothing for me like it said it would on the fb advertising after multiple e mails I finally got a response back and after telling them that their product did nothing for me the advised my second shipment is on the way so they could not stop it and I should keep using the product and it would eventually work I advised them to cancel my subscription and I never got a response back I now have cancel my card but I vowel to let everyone know the company is a scam and dont fall for it

Why is it so hard to get a refund and a call back ???
This company is a scam they automatically bill you without your consent I have called multiple times and no call back !!!
My only thing to do is contact an attorney office and bring to their attention this is ridiculous!!!

Forced into a subscription that I never signed up for!

I purchased the product to try it out ONE time. Then I found out that somehow I was subscribed and was told that once you’re on the subscription, there’s no way to cancel it. The company offers a 60 day return policy Which I mentioned, but it was ignored. This is a very shady company. I emailed back-and-forth with Vincent, a customer service rep. Unfortunately, while he was very polite, he completely ignored my request to not receive any more product because I actually never subscribed. I would never subscribe to something that I had never tried. I explained my circumstances that I’m older, and having health issues. In my opinion they are not a reputable company and their customer service is a joke. As you see, I purchased the product in late November of 2025 and have been going back-and-forth with them over the fact that I never subscribed!

Monthly order not requested

I ordered a product and without my knowledge ended up with a monthly recurring order. I have sent four emails asking to end the recurring order, and can get no response.

I tried to cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription, but it seems like they just won't do it. I emailed them and someone called Rose saying she was the Customer Service Representative, she didn't respond to me wanting to cancel and kept offering me different deals, this has been going on for a number of days. Then this past weekend I was charged again for the subscription, I asked Rose to please refund and cancel my subscription which she still hasn't done, the only response I get is another offer with what she thinks is a better deal.

Great service but product not working for me as yet after two months

Although I didnt get the satisfaction as yet from the product since am using it around 2 months now but your representative ROSE WILLIAMS gets the 5 star. She was very persuasive and did try to get me to stick with the subscription but I wasnt interested.I will say that she did go out of her way to assist me
