I am very pleased with the personal effort put in by Mary Rose in ensuring that I recieved my parcel despite all obstacles she miraculously got me the courier local number which I called and there was my parcel .. I have started to use product and I can say already i see good result👌

November 4th
November 4th, 2025, I ordered CapsaCare from a Facebook solicitation! I thought I paid $59.94 through PayPal, for buy two get one! Debited 11-5-25! Didn’t see any options for money back, no boxes to check for recurring shipments! Two weeks later, received my order, tried it, not satisfied, didn’t ask for more! On December 5th, I see a $79.94 debit through PayPal, I am being sent two more tubes, I sent a message saying I never re-ordered anything, they said I checked the box for recurring shipments and they couldn’t refund my money because the delivery was already processed! Two weeks later I received the shipment and returned it to the point of origin! Also requested cancellation! Nothing happened, didn’t hear anything back, they claimed they never received the returned items. On 1-5-26, I see another debit of$79.94 for another shipment, sent another message to,
Hello@barewillow. I said, why would I commit to $960 debit for a year without knowing if it worked! I noticed the point of origin changes with each shipment, so the company office has no idea items have been returned! After contacting the NYSAG office, I did receive one refund on 1-23-26! Still refusing to cancel the order, I see another $79.94 debit on 2-5-26! Now they still owe me for the December debit and PayPal did reverse the charge for 2-5-26! And the return point of origin is different once again! Don’t get scammed people, they don’t respect or respond to your wishes! Mr Auger

I was charged for the cream and it has yet to be shipped, not that I want it. When I purchased the first time I missed the box that was already checked to subscribe to a monthly subscription. I have repeatedly sent emails asking to cancel subscription and still no email confirming cancellation. I was able to turn off automatic payment with paypal.
So I’m out $$$and they still have not shipped the product they charged me for. Stay away from this company

I didn’t opt in for a subscription. Whatever should be an easy fix right? WRONG! I’ve been emailing with Carl B since January 25 to cancel and refund and it’s now February 18 and I got charged again!!! Instead of fixing the issue he kept countering with a discount or special offer! No MF cancel my subscription!!! Now I have to wait for someone to reach out to me. SCAM ass company.

High pressure sales…
Rose seemed very kind in her words but I originally asked her to cancel the auto ship (which I don’t remembering signing up for) and she kept emailing me back basically offering me different options to keep me as a customer. I have two tubes of this cream and it’s enough to last me a year! I don’t use it that often. I did not appreciate her putting that pressure on me and we kept going back and forth until she must have realized her attempt to keep me was not going to happen. I’m sure she is just doing what the company wants her to do but either way, no one likes high pressure sales!
I would also like to mention that on my very first order the shipment went all over the US before it got to me. It went to Oakland, which is only and hour and twenty minutes from me, to San Bernardino, CA to Houston, TX and back this way again. CRAZY!
Your company needs to step up your game!

I too have been caught by the scam of them claiming I have completed a monthly subscription. I had been caught by another company by this scam and made sure I did not complete the application with Bare williow.
I saw that 99.90 dollars had been taken from my account and am trying to recover this amount
