Owes me $1,000 refund for an item that never came. Has stopped replying to my emails, it's been over a month since the item has been considered lost by the courier and still no money.
Original order was incorrect but the customer service was great and the issue was resolved quickly. They event sent a little bonus! Great, clear communication and good prices. Will shop here again.

Hi Carla, I’m sorry you feel the need to leave a 1 Star Rating as you haven’t contacted the store informing us that it hasn’t been received not even an email.
As if you did we would of got onto it straight away to find out why and we’re it is. If I don’t hear from my customers I’m assume they have received it and all is well.
My customers are my main focus and always come first no matter what, I will always go out of my way to make sure their shopping experience is nothing but great.
I’ve searched my system this morning after receiving your 1 Star review and your order was shipped for the second time as the first delivery attempt made by the couriers they were unable to contact you on the number you provided and as the address you provided firstly was incorrect, it was returned back to store.
In which I contacted you and obtained a new address and resent your package to new address paying shipping fees again for the second time which wasn’t an issue I just wanted to make sure your received your order.
I have provided you with new tracking number when it was sent for the second time.
If you wouldn’t mind either calling me on 0247-222440 or emailing me at sales@bargainsdirect.net.au I would be more than happy to find out what has happened and get this resolved for you.
I hope we can get this sorted and you can reconsider your 1 Star Rating.
